had them over for inspection to check on some of the water lines. however, different from other contractors, they looked like they did not want to be there. they did answer our questions but it came off just lazy, hurried, and rude. we had to pay $50 for this disappointing service while Roto-Rooter can do the same thing with better service for free.

Every aspect of my water heater replacement was awesome from carter. Easy to request service, quick call return from a Travis (not sure of last name) local guy, not national. Was knowledgeable and helpful. Sent me quotes with no surprises. Worked with me to pick up a tank I had under warranty. Day of crew kept me informed of arrival. Showed up on time. Alex and Larry were both friendly and worked clean safe and efficient. I appreciated everyone I communicated with. Highly recommended even if their jingle is cheesy.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Our technician, Aaron, went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed. He was very professional and persistent. He was also very friendly and polite to the whole family. It was a great experience.

We came home late Saturday night from vacation to find a flooded basement. Immediately after calling the insurance agent, we set out to locate a plumber and remediation/restoration company. Roto Rooter had amazing reviews. I called and put in a request for a plumber. I was pleasantly surprised they also provided clean up and remediation.I was contacted by Miguel Campos almost immediately to coordinate the plumber repair and clean up. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took well documented pictures for the insurance, explained the process, reviewed the coverage with us, and provided a detailed plan for repair and clean up.I cannot say enough good things about the way he handled the concerns and questions of a very travel weary and slightly shell shocked family.

Jason and Plumb Doctor are THE BEST very courteous, communicative and prompt, focused on the job and making sure both my husband and I were kept up to date with the issue the whole way. What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. I recommend calling Plumb Doctor for any service, we used them for repair work however I would consider them for upgrades, refurbs etc. very knowledgeable and great to work with!

I've had terrific experiences with Bob. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. He's always been able to come out same day which is important to me. It's really hard to trust home service professionals these days but I'm thankful I found a plumber I know I can call & rely on.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. Absolute professional! Installed a tankless water heater for me and I am beyond pleased. Had an issue with the exhaust, had to replace the flashing on the roof and he called his professional roofer out. They not only replaced the one vent he notices was off but the other two as well (no additional cost for any of this). Service like this is hard to find, thank you Reasonable Plumbing!
