Hope Plumbing is awesome. My tech was Sam. He was cordial, on time, and knowledgeable. He provided several quotes and was not pushy. I trusted him. The work was done quickly and my new faucet looks great! Highly recommend.

Jake came to my house and we agreed I needed a new water heater. He started immediately and I had a new heater in less than two hours. It was professionally installed, no mess or problems. I am very satisfied with the job and installer.

gave me a quote of 1300 for a leaky water line and said it was cracked. it was a coupler that had gone bad. 5 min job and 10 dollar part job. over priced to charge anyone.

We had them out to perform mainenance and descale our tankless water heater. They performed the work efficiently. Now we feel confident our hard water hasn't created any problems and our water heater is good for another year!

Dispatch indicated technician would be there within the hour, but called 45 mins later to say they could not provide an arrival time. Took three hours for him to come, but once technician arrived, service was quick and solved the issue. Puia was very professional and took the time to explain the issue.

Needed our water heater and water softener replaced and this company was extremely prompt and professional, and the cost was very reasonable. Got it all done start to finish within 3 days. Thanks specifically to Jared and Damion for the quick installation work!

The best part about bob is that he is honest, he is not some pressure tactic salesperson. He does great work also. He is easy to communicate with and he comes out diagnoses the problem, gives you a price or heck he might even give you advice on how you can fix it yourself and save money. When you call bob you get bob, not some random person from a company. We were very happy and will use him from now on. Definitely recommend

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I had a water heater that was leaking. I called around to several plumbing companies and Reasonable Plumbing had the best price and was able to do the install the next day. Solomon was very professional and knowledgable and I wouldn't hestiate to use his company again in the future!

Since this post, I've used Reasonable Plumbing to install a water main shut off at my mother-in-laws. Again, a great job on the install!

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful. They did a very professional job and the system looks great. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly the first time.
