Hope Plumbing is a very progressive Company with great customer service. I was thrilled a HUMAN took my call on a Sunday, Bravo!Their electronic communication is great, and their plumbing techs were so kind and professional. While I experienced a problem that was beyond an immediate service call repair, Hope was responsive to my dis-satisfaction and made good on a compromised resolution. Their Customer service manager handled it very well.I will definitely use them again!

I'm a DIY'er myself, but Had a clogged drain I was unable to fix. Donny came over right on time. Ran the snake down the drain twice. Tested it, ran the sink water for several minutes. He was Very professional, courteous, wore his shoe cover things in the house, polite and straightforward.

They did a great job! New install of a water softener, and replaced my water heater with a tankless one. Since I have one of the poorly constructed Davis Homes, they had to replace the ductwork to properly vent the water heater. Great work and genuinely nice guys!
8/13/2018: Have had additional work done since my first review, including a panicked Saturday afternoon emergency call when the new washing machine leaked. They were excellent every time! They are thorough, neat, well organized, and great to work with!

I clogged my drain and was very nervous when our handy man said he couldn’t fix it. I called Roto Rooter and they came out that day! Great customer service by telephone and a good notice that a technician was on his way.When he arrived, Kyle was friendly, attentive, and took great care of my home. He was confident, efficient, and kind. He wore proper PPE, cleaned up after himself, and was great!I highly recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing concerns. Ask for Kyle!

Jason came out and took care of my concerns, made calls, took the time to talk to my husband which is 1000 miles away in business and referred me to a restoration company to get my home repaired.

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

I’m super happy with this company and wouldn’t hesistate to call them again!
