He assembled and walked me through various options. And he didn't pressure me into one solution over another. And within just a few hours, I had a new water heater installed — and the end to the pooling water in my backyard! Hope Plumbing comes through once again!

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Kyle Randolph did great locating the problem and resolving the issue. Check everything to make sure there was no other problem. Didn't take long to get it back up and running.He has a great beard.

We had a backup in our basement bathroom with a hunch that the wye was installed going the wrong direction before we purchased the house. Corey came out and found the problem with his camera within a few minutes. And as suspected the wye was going the wrong direction. My plumbing failed. The staff was extremely friendly and skilled that punched through my problem and got me temporarily up and running but unfortunately we had to dig up but some of my front yard and fix the problem down by the street got to love them true roots. I highly recommend Mr Plummer by Metzler and hallam they're great team. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. Thank you Mr plumber!

Terrible service!!
First guy came out to clean out my Greas Trap and only half way cleaned it. I called them back out to finish the job. I had to call them back out 2 or 3 more times because they couldn’t reseal the lid that they got off causing a bad smell in my kitchen.
They couldn’t figure it out so I had someone else that knew what they where doing finish the job.

They were on time, provided quick service, and did an awesome job!
