Best Tankless Water Heater Install in Indianapolis IN

I contacted Hope Plumbing late afternoon regarding the price of installing a tankless heater. To my surprise, their plumber Mr. Anothy Kirby, arrived at my home the next morning. He is a professional who listened to my wants, provided a solution, and answered my questions. He removed my old tank water heater and installed the tankless unit within 4.5 hours. Given the small space in which he worked, I was impressed. He did a great job, and I will recommend him and Hope Plumbing.

Pristine Plumbing did such an excellent job at my house. Really had an extensive gas leak in the house lines and Pristine was on the job until the end. Even after problems with lines persisted, Pristine made sure they had done everything to make sure I had hot water and heat. I thank Ron, Mitch, Dereck and the rest of the Pristine Team. Thx

I was pleased with how quick they were able to get me scheduled. I needed a water softener installed which required a small amount of changes to the plumbing. The technician was prompt, efficient, and did a great job. The price seemed a little high but with the cost of materials and labor rate increases it is likely on par with other contractors. I prefer to pay for quality work so I am pleased.

Tyler repaired some toilets for me, this required some careful cutting due to rusted bolts and contortion die to the small space. Tyler was great throughout, explained some technical items and left the rooms cleaner than he found them.

We had LD Smith (no relation) come out to handle a drain-stoppage issue that had been recurring, ever more frequently. They quickly determined what was causing the problem and why it was becoming more/too frequent. We have an old house with very old and deteriorating outdoor connections to what was once a weird system of cisterns and septic tanks but are now connected to sewers. They worked out the best way to take care of things long-term and did it very efficiently. The work ended up being substantial, as we knew it would be. The price, timing, and personnel were all excellent. Of course, with any large (for us) project, there was a hiccup. They handled that with honesty, understanding, and aplomb. We will definitely be calling them first for future plumbing work.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

I’m a big fan of Mr. Plumber. They do my yearly maintenance check but more importantly, when I have an issue they fix the issue promptly, with friendly service and at a good value. My technician Ryan M. Inspected my systems a few weeks ago and I’m doing so we found a cracked drain pipe at my water softener. They scheduled a quick turnaround on the repair. I also called to see if they could install a faucet while here for the pipe repair - of course they complied. The repair and the installation were perfect, the service friendly and again, their pricing fair and competitive. Ryan M was great, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Mr. Plumber has earned my business and loyalty!

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Company very responsive and professional. My old water heater started leaking on a Monday. I reached out to Howald Company that afternoon. Larry was extremely helpful and scheduled his tech Drew, to come out first thing Thursday morning. Drew was prompt, very diligent, and had my new water heater up and running in a few hours. Great company!
