Jeremy Fox, my technician, was thorough and helpful. He did an inspection and found some issues that another company had missed. He talked me through what needs to be done without pressure, and fixed the original issue quickly and efficiently (I had been trying to fix it myself for 3 days). He didn't mind my questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. It was like I didn't just meet a person who was in a hurry to get the job done, but that I had met a friend. Great job Hope Plumbing, and especially Jeremy.

I called Pristine for a leak under my sink, and decided on Pristine due to the amazing reviews. And I’m damn sure glad I called them first! Technician Doug came out and was absolutely amazing! He was on time very responsive to my questions and patient with my banter ?, professional, super knowledgeable and quick with fixing my leak. I’m glad I called Pristine first and will definitely use them again!

This was my first experience with a plumber, but I've had work done by carpenters and electricians and I found the price of Carter's too high for my liking.

All said, my bill came to $564 to run 5ft from an existing gas line and extend it through the floor for a stove hookup. Total time working was around 1.5 hours, with a 30 minute run to the supply house for something that was missing.

There was a $70 service charge just to come out, plus a $98 fee since my house is on a crawl. My crawl space is clean, with easy access and the pipe in question was only a few feet from the entrance. While I understand the plumber works from a flat pricing grid, this seemed a bit unreasonable to me.

In terms of professionalism, the plumber showed up when he said he would, acted professionally while at the house, and the work seems to be done well. I feel like I overpaid for the work, but I needed the job done and it got finished.

I am sure my experience could have been worse, but I will shop around next time before committing to service.

Our outdoor spigot had a leak between the siding and the foundation that ended up spraying water into our basement. The plumber quickly identified the problem and gave an estimate. I showed the video of the issue from the outside since it was pouring rain and he was even more confident in the issue. He fixed the issue really quickly and was on his way. The fix ended up being under the original cost as well and he fixed it in a way that will hopefully avoid us having the same issue in the future. Well done!

Even though we unfortunately had to replace our water heater, Jason, Tim and Todd all took great care of us. Jason tried everything he could to get the original to work and made sure to get us the best price he could. Tim and Todd were super friendly, quiet and quick when they were here replacing it. Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.
