Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Indianapolis IN

The water company notified us that we had to replace our nipple pipe with threaded pipe and get a new stop & waste valve. Our house is approx. 120 years old, so every plumbing repair brings the possibility of replacing a lot of pipe, digging up the yard, and spending lots. Jeremy D, our plumber, not only took the time to carefully talk me through the risks and give me updates during the job, but he was able to fix our tricky situation so that we didn't have to dig! He saved us thousands, and was polite and professional the entire time. He's knowledgeable and competent, and is in fact a pretty interesting person, though we only chatted for 5 min or so. The unusually cold temps caused my washer line to freeze. They sent out a tech the day after I called & he was able to dislodge some ice from the washer line. I got lucky! I really appreciate how quickly they were able to send someone out. Jacob was great!

I put it an online request late last night and was pleasantly surprised they were able to send someone over this morning. Joe was friendly and efficient. We appreciated that he took the time to figure out workarounds for a few issues that came up. I'll definitely call to them for future plumbing needs.

Washing machine drain clogged

Very friendly guy, he took the time to explain every step of the way.......... why only two stars? I truly believe he was over charging us. He quoted us 5k for the job, got two other companies after that and we were quoted $2500. That is a HUGE difference in price. The other two companies had the same great service and explained the exact same process that Mr. Rooter did. Glad we looked elsewhere!

Thanks Blake and Bailey. This is the second time I've used ACME, had a toilet that wasn't flushing, they came out in the evening assessed the issue and resolved it for an affordable price, even after hours.

First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!

Chuck did a great job of explaining the problem and the solution. He cleared the drain and gave me instructions on how to prevent it from happening again. He was very neat and cleaned everything before he left. He's a very pleasant person and he made me laugh!
