The staff that came to my house was courteous, followed all COVID-19 safety measures, took the time to explain to us what was wrong and what impacts it would continue to have if not fixed, but did not push services on us, & let us decide for ourselves once we had all of the information. We were so pleased with the service, we signed up for Hope’s membership program in spot & will continue to utilize them in the future!

On the morning of August 31st, 2017 I called ACME due to a septic issue. I'd called a handful of other places and been told that it would be at least a week before they could come out. Upon calling ACME the woman that answered the phone was friendly, upfront about pricing, and thought she could maybe get someone to my house that day if I was willing to be flexible.
My toilets would not flush and I had family inbound to stay for the weekend, totally cool with me to be flexible.
Throughout the day the tech assigned to me texted and called me to update on what time he would be at my house. I was his last stop of the day before he could start his weekend, but you couldn't tell it. Shane was friendly, efficient, and offered up many tips on how to keep my septic system healthy going forward. After he finished we stood around and chatted, sharing deer hunting stories and pics, well past when he could have just cut the conversation short, ran my credit card, and headed home to his family. As a manager of 70 employees (EMTs and Paramedics) myself, I can only hope our people are as polite, professional, and good humored as Shane was that day.
There is only one plumbing and septic company name in my phone now.
It was very evident to me that ACME cares about their customers and their employees demonstrate it.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We appreciate him and Steg resolving the issue. Our experience with Alex today was excellent! Highly recommend Steg based off of this experience!

My technician, Juwan Oliver, was outstanding! He was on time, listened to my problem, gave me several options, and then made the repair. He made sure my water pressure was good, and was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. Juwan was very professional and helpful. Chris came and was done in less than an hour. I’ve been dealing with a main drain issue for the past year or so. Tried to snake it myself with no avail. $120 later, it’s all clear and taken care of. Excellent customer service. I will refer and I will call them 1st.
