Brian White came to our home quickly and was extremely professional and polite. I was dreading having our water heater replaced, but he did the job well and left our home spotless! My best experience with a plumber ever.

My mom’s last water heater was installed by Family acquaintance and boy what a nightmare!! I needed a new unit and installed correctly. I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

He was fine at first but when I was trying to explain to him about my vents he didn’t want to listen and started walking away from me. Very condescending. Would not want he to return for any other services in the future.

This company is great, had a problem and a different company came out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, spent 6 hours at my house, said they needed to dig up my yard and replace some piping, quotes $3000. I called Gurney Bush and the came out that evening, came back Friday diagnosed and fixed the problem in less that 2 hours for less than $800. I would highly recommend this company, the gentlemen that came to my house were very pleasant, clean, and efficient, explained things in terms I could understand! 5+ stars!!!
