Patrick was wonderful with my senior mother. Installed new cartridges in the shower handles and adjusted them so my mother could easily turn both showers on. Also ran a service check on her water softener and explained thoroughly how it was set to run. Very personable and efficient. Thanks so much!

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

With regards to an issue with my sump pump, Jason from the Plumb Doctor arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He identified the problem quickly, replaced the effected pump and did great in cleaning up after himself once the work was complete. I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Scott showed up later with a camera and gave me free estimate on my costs to a better fix instead continuously calling plumbers out every 3-4yrs! Thank you guys for all of your help and expertise!!!

I can't speak to their actual heating and cooling work, but I still testify to their customer service. I needed a filter cabinet cover for my AC unit -- just a silly little cover. One of their technicians took the time to look at pictures of unit, get measurements from me, and fashion a cover out of scrap metal -- all of this during a heat wave when they were super busy. Super impressed with their care for the customer, even one like me who was only buying a small metal scrap.

I called them a week in advance for service and scheduled a time for them to come and clean my main line drain. We informed them that the repairs had to get be done in a specific time frame because we were purchasing the property. A technician came to the property, refused to service the property, and then the technician wouldn't answer when I called him back to try and reschedule. This was a large inconvenience and put us way behind schedule.

Very polite and customer oriented. I had a long list of things that needed done we just moved into our first home and the plumbing was definitely neglected. Everything was done quickly and correctly. Very happy with the overall experience!
