Our garbage disposal was making an awful grinding metal-on-metal sound and BF was able to schedule us for an appointment within 48 hours. The tech arrived to our house with a mask already on and was able to quickly identify the problem. A small piece of metal from some of our silverware was loose and causing the issue in the disposal but the tech was unable to dislodge the debris, however he did show me exactly what/where the issue was. He indicated we would probably need a new disposal and told me exactly what I needed and where I could get it at a reasonable price. He was very helpful and professional, but wish he would've spent a few more minutes trying to dislodge the debris. After he left I spent 10 minutes or so on the problem and was able to knock it loose and now the problem is solved. 4/5 stars for the professionalism and helpful guidance, but wish he would've spent a little longer trying to dislodge debris.

I had a great experience. I had a leak in the basement that was causing flooding, and our plumber arrived with in 15 minutes of our phone call, and was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I will be using Weilhammer Plumbing for all my future needs.

I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. David of Service Plus was professional, quick, and thorough. This was a multi-step project for me...first Service Plus replaced a faucet, then repaired the pipes inside the wall, then came back to install a sink once I repaired the drywall. They were honest, reasonably priced, courteous, and clean. In fact, my bathroom was cleaner after David left than when he got here! Fantastic!

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.

He texted when on his way, and was super professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He was amazing to work on a crazy super frigid cold ? day!! He provided a clear and concise description of repair with my husband and myself after a complete inspection. Fees were very reasonable too. Highly recommend!!! Great company

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
