Lal was the technician who arrived to help with a refrigerator copper line replacement. He was great at explaining different options, and extremely fast and efficient. He was even nice enough to help setup the fridge after the work was done. As for Roto Rooter I would use them again.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

I phoned and they were able to come out the same day to help with a plumbing emergency. The plumber, Brandon, was very helpful explaining everything and getting this fixed that I decided to have him replace our water heater also which he did a fantastic job with and cleaned up afterwards nicely.
