My home is 120 years old, I have 80 year old clay tile pipes. my pipes require a skilled maintenance and service. Ron with pristine plumbing has provided me with expert service, knowledge, and troubleshooting to make sure I could get a backflow preventer without having to did up my whole yard and maintain my lines. this has saved me a lot of money and my clay pipes have a long life ahead. He was awesome explaining the necessary service so that I understood it clearly and could make the best choice. It was a pleasure to finaly work with a company that actually has integrity and knowledge and gave me a fair cost. being a single woman I find serious irregularities in the quotes I get from home repair companies. I never had this problem with Ron at pristine plumbing. He has always been more than fair. I am very grateful for their services !!!! thank you so much for being honest!!!

After a mishap yesterday with a flooding dishwasher, I did not know whether it was a dishwasher problem or a plumbing one. Mitchell came, listened to my problem, and evaluated the plumbing to the dishwasher along sharing advice on how our next dishwasher could be installed better to avoid flooding. At my request, he also checked the dishwasher’s shut off valve. Although I was prepared to replace it, he said it still in great condition and saved me some money. The entire time he was friendly and courteous.

Scheduled my appt on their website using their chat app. Very nice. I was helped online and then told someone would call me to schedule the appt. They did so promptly. My appt was schedule between 10:00am and 12:00. My tech called before he arrived (about 25mins) to let me know he was on the way. He arrived a little before 10:00 which was great. I needed an outdoor water spigot repaired. I also wanted a price on a main shutoff valve (I didn't know if I had one or not). The tech (Todd) showed me how to shut the water off at the street - then he explained what he needed to do to fix the spigot before providing me with a quote. I was a little shocked at the price -but I needed it done. He completed his work under the house - installed a new spigot and when he was done informed me that I did indeed have a main shut off and told me where to find it. That saved me a bunch. His work comes with a 5 yr warranty. It may have been a bit more than I expected - but I may just be naive on plumber pricing. All in all - good experience. Glad I got the job done.

I received a call back to schedule the work in a very timely manner after submitting the online appointment request. On the morning of the service appointment I received a text message with the headshot, name and contact information of the plumber servicing my account. Kevin H. was on time, polite and professional. Once he diagnosed the issue he provided me with my options and quotes, then got to work. After completion of the work, Kevin thoroughly explained the equipment warranty and provided me with all the necessary details to register it with the manufacturer. Did an amazing and quick job replacing my hot water heater. Friendly, reasonable, just overall great experience. He also repaired a leak on the main water line for free that another company quoted 2000 to repair. Very honest service, I highly recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

I had a leak and call Bob The Plumber, he couldn't help do to certain rules and regulations however, he was very professional and I appreciated it.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

Mike with Service 1 Plumbing is the most honest non-salesy plumber I have met in a long time. I was having an issue with water in my basement. I had self diagnosed the problem as an issue with my sump pump. When I called and explained I had water in my basement the office fit me into the schedule that day (I was shocked!) When Mike arrived he was not only punctual he was professional in the way that he spoke with me, appeared and the cared enough to cover his boots (shocked again!) As he began to look into the problem he noticed that water in my basement wasn't coming from an issue with my sump pump but a busted outside spigot. I was shocked but thankful. I have had many plumbers out to my house over the years that would have just come in sold me a sump pump and never looked far enough to find the true cause. Although I know the pump replacement would have been a better sale for Mike that day, he took pride in his work and reputation and did the right thing for me, the customer. I appreciate that honesty and will continue to use Mike for anything in the future.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
