Evan was trustworthy, down to earth, reliable, and clean! He used gloves to remove old toilet and disposed of them before touching anything else. Left my my place as clean as it was when he got there. Worked late just to work with my schedule since he didn’t have the toilet in stock when he came out on the Saturday before. Everyone at the entire company that I came in contact with was professional and reliable. Thank you hope plumbing!

I called and they came immediately and they gave me a estimate for all the damage. And Mr Sam was very very very polite and I was very comfortable with having him in my house. And he relieved me of the problems I was having with my Plumbing situation. I will recommend them to anyone again. Mr. Sam was great and I give him a five-star. My hot water heater died last night. I called Ben Franklin at 7:30 pm and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. They were out and diagnosed the problem by 9:30 am and I had a new water heater that afternoon. The installer was very friendly and explained things too me. Overall a great experience.

Ciriello’s rebuilt the main water feed into our commercial building and rebuilt 2 Backflow valves. All work was done on time as quoted. I would definitely use them again.

Wow... Kevin and Wes are amazing! They showed up on time, and did the two day job in a orderly neat fashion. They cleaned my house up when they were done... it was like they were never here! I had all my outdated drainage pipes replaced along with two new toilets installed. It was a very fair price and excellent customer service! They are the only company I'll call from now on.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Just had a service call from Weilhammer Plumbing. These gentlemen are the real deal! They came out and fixed, for free, a piece of water-heater work that was (mis)handled by a different plumbing company. They also provided some very helpful advice about some other minor issues around the house and were extremely pleasant and down-to-earth folks to speak with. They saved me a ton of worry because they revealed an untruthful statement about my water pressure that was made by a competitor, to be false. They were too much gentlemen to say the competitor was untruthful, but it was quite obvious that it was the case. Instead of the high-cost, high-pressure tactics I got from from their competitor, Weilhammer gave me a very reasonable estimate of work that needed to be done, but did not try to convince me that the world would end if I didn't sign up to have it done today.

If they chose to, they probably could have easily taken advantage of me -- I am not wise in the ways of plumbing and was pretty upset about what I was (falsely) told about my water pressure from the other company. But instead they were honest with me and helped, for free, to undo someone else's mistake! Their estimate was very reasonable, and overall I could not be more impressed, and I will be looking to them for all my future plumbing needs. I would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.

Edit: I just called Weilhammer again today for an in-wall leak -- it was a nasty one but they jumped right in, on a weekend, and got it fixed! They gave lots of good advice about how to deal with the drywall, avoid mold, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Sunday with the Colts about to play! :) Bottom line, everything I said above still stands -- they are awesome and they'll treat you right.

Great company. No problems

I live in a stand alone mobile home. My sewer line was backed up and I needed immediate service. After telling them several times I lived in a mobile home, the receptionist reassured me someone would be out. She called about an hour later saying someone was on their way. 10 minutes after that, I get another call from the receptionist stating they do not work on mobile homes and she will no longer be sending someone out. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she immediately hung up the phone. Not impressed.

Had a leaky faucet and was worried about water damage to my home! Gave Plumb Doctor a call and they had a tech out the following morning. Dustin was the tech, he came in and found the problem immediately! He assured me that if the leak was fix ASAP I’d have a big problem! So Dustin went and got all the things needed and got the problem fix in no time! Dustin did an Amazing job and was really personable! I’ll be calling these guys back if I have any other problems pop up!

I would like to say that Ron came out and done an excellent job today. He was nice and very professional.

I contacted Bob, about a plumbing issue at my rental property! Bob gave valuable advise,he gave me options to consider..Very helpful.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

I needed to replace a leaking water valve in the basement. I knew exactly what was needed. Big plumbing companies want to charge you to look at it and give an esitmate, then charge BIG $$ to repair. Sent Reasonable a couple pictures and they gave me an estimate on the spot. Work scheduled within two days. Met the estimate. Finally found a reasonable plumber, with Reasonable Plumbing. Use with confidence.
