Seth was awesome. I was having trouble with my water drain outside - it was clogged up and was backing up into the garage, where it would take hours to completely drain. He arrived on time and was very patient as I was explaining the issue and asking questions. He was honest with me in that outdoor drains weren't his specialty, but he would make a phone call to get a second opinion, which he did. While he wasn't able to clear out the clog in the outdoor drain himself, he was able to recommend a local company to help AND provided a DIY option as well. Best of all, at the end he didn't charge me a dime for the consultation, saying he didn't actually do anything. (I disagree, he was a huge help!) Really appreciate the time, information, and dedication to helping me troubleshoot.

Mitchell came out today and did an excellent job with a pipe leak which was covered under their warranty when I had my sump pumps lines upgraded a few years ago. Thankful I used Prestine Plumbing!

Michael was wonderful to work with. I had three pipes burst in a cold snap and he fixed them all. The company answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment right away and he was EARLY for the scheduled time!!! Then why water heater went out. The other plumber said I needed a new unit but didn't have time to put it in. I scheduled an install with Michael - had the new unit BUT he fixed the old one!!! Saved me thousands of dollars with the new piping that would have been needed. Again, honest, straight forward and KIND!!!

I have used these AttaBoy several times and have been very happy with there work.The first time I had them out for a pipe that burst in my slab. AttaBoy had someone here in an hour and the work done in 4 hours. They were very price competitive and the 2 guys they sent out were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great service.We purchased our new water heater back in september. we questioned it's performance hot water to back bathroom shower. after a visit from Michael we had a better understanding of the operation of our water heater and he confirmed the unit was working properly. peace of mind knowing it's all good. Eric was right on time, worked quickly, and offered me options for how he would complete the work. He was able to give me a quote and perform the work on the same day, and I hardly noticed he was here. I will definitely ask for Eric next time.

He did exactly what we asked for on the job and made sure everything was functioning as it should be before leaving. Price was very reasonable and we would 100% hire him again for future needs.

Re-engineered sewer drainage from new Bathtub!

I made an appointment on a Thursday evening for a window from 6-8. I even left work an hour early to make sure I got home in time. At 6:30 I received a call telling me that they needed to move my appointment to the next morning between 8-10, because the technician scheduled to come to my house had left for the day. Now I know some times things come up, but let me say this is the 3rd time this sort of thing has happened with this company. I expressed how unhappy I was since I left work early and that moving the appointment to the next day would require me to miss even more work. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, since this was the and was told someone would call in the next 2 hours. That call never came. The next morning the dispatcher called around 7:30 and said someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. Again I asked for a manager to call and was told someone would call in the next 2 hours. I did get a call about 3 hours later, but I was talking with the technician, so I missed the call. I called back immediately and was told the manager was no longer available and that they would call me back within 2 hours. That call never came. If you don’t mind having to reschedule EVERY TIME you make an appointment and not getting a response from a manager when you have an issue, then go ahead and use this company. Otherwise you’re better off calling someone else.

Great service! The office staff is very friendly and communication was very easy with them when setting up appointments. The plumbers were very helpful and cleared the clog quickly. Great company to use!

Bob was fantastic! He came out to my house on a weekend for a clogged kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it, and gave some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future via regular maintenance, etc. Very quick and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.
