Weilhammer Plumbing gave great advice over the phone for FREE that could save me thousands of dollars in an unneeded repair. I was calling around for free quotes for a potential plumbing job, and some companies were charging $50 just to diagnose the problem, when all I wanted was an estimate. The advice I received from Weilhammer was helpful and they even offered to still come out to give me a free estimate. I will definitely keep Weilhammer in mind the next time I need plumbing work done.

I was very pleased with the work done by Bob on my basement toilet. I called him in the morning when I needed work done ASAP and he came that afternoon! Bob went above and beyond to replace an ancient toilet in my basement and my new toilet is working perfectly. His pricing is extremely reasonable as well. Had a sump pump pipe crack and called them out to repair based on great reviews. The first repair had my sump pump discharging water in the middle of my backyard. After some back and forth, they finally agreed that it wasn't a A+ job, they extended the pipe to my easement. The easement is underwater full time, completely unusable, and I am responsible for mowing it. I called them again for someone to help figure out another solution and they said they'd call back with an estimate. I did get a call back a few days later... asking if I wanted to go ahead with scheduling the proper repair. I asked for the cost and was told they'd call back right away- that was weeks ago. Never heard from them again.

My 5 1/2 year old water heater began leaking over a weekend. It was under warranty, but the original installer could not be reached. I contacted the manufacturer and they provided me with a return shipping authorization. The replacement had to be sourced from the original seller who was located on the opposite side of Indianapolis.I had heard good feedback regarding Carter Plumbing and contacted them to see if they could get the heater and install it for me, even though it was not one of their brands.I had a very positive experience with them! I contacted them first thing on a Monday morning and immediately was able to speak with their rep. They quickly agreed to pick up the water heater and install it the same day at a reasonable price.Brandon Y. plus his helper were very pleasant and courteous, explained what they would be doing and then performed the removal of the old and installation of the new. When they finished, everything was left clean. The plumbing appearance was better than the old installation.I definitely will use Carter’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Jess was great. A big box store had refused to install my new toilet because the old one was clogged. They left the toilet and walked out. Jess fixed the clog and installed my new toilet. He is the BESt!

Prime Plumbing put all new pipes in our crawl space and took us off of our septic tank and attached our lines to the city sewer system. They did great work, timely and honest.
