Richard was on time. He checked sump pump and found no problem. He replaced cartridges on bathroom faucet and checked all connections to ensure no leaks. Also replaced very old water intake connections. He showed me what to do to ensure that I would not have problems again.

Came out in a few hours, told me what was going on. Had an additional person (manager/owner) come out and give me more information. First job price was 100% reasonable. I need other work done. I am now a Pristine branded Hoosier. I need some tough serious work done. I just need to think about it. I was treated with respect and 100% given that time. If you need help and do not call Pristine - you are doing it wrong. Ty

Our entire experience with LD Smith Plumbing was great. I sent an appointment request late at Wednesday night for a gas line repair and received a call 1st thing in Thursday morning to get someone scheduled same day. Although the entire project took about 2-3 days (not their fault), it was done in a very professional manner. Eric and Justin were super friendly, funny, and helpful. They offered to help clean up any mess that was made and offered suggestions without being pushy. Had to call the office after the project was completed because something wasn't right and they had Justin arriving at our door in less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!

we had a problem on a weekend with a clogged drain which means we had a whole house problem. We called Mr Rooter on a Sunday and they came out pretty quick as promised. The drain technician Ben was fantastic. This was a major blockage and he stuck with it until it was fixed. He worked extremely hard to solve the problem. Thanks Ben!

We had a clog in our main drain and Puia came out first thing and fixed it with no problems. He wore a mask into our house without us even asking him and he kept his social distance. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to help us solve our problem.

Called them at 8am to have my septic tank pumped, lady said someone would be out that day, by 4pm I had not heard from or seen anyone so I called back, they said they would have a service dispatcher give me a call. Someone named Rick called and advised me that they were slow today and sent the guys home but to call at 7:30am and someone would be out the next day for sure, called at 7:30 and the lady tells me they are booked for the day. Then while complaining about that with my neighbor she informs me she used them once and they didn't even pump out the tank, only pretended too! Horrible customer service and shady business deals!
