We installed a new toilet (old one had a tank leak); a new water heater and a new water softener. Richard was awesome! Professional, he answered all questions and talked about maintenance. Having a monthly/annual checkup with them is a good idea (I learned the hard way since my earlier attempts led to a more expensive outcome).

I called Mark Weilhammer today with a leaking pressure relief valve on my water line. One of his competitors had sent out one of their plumbers with a helper earlier that morning,and upon checking the valve said it needed to be replaced. Cost estimate apx. $600. I thought that was absurd. I called Mark and he said he could be here this afternoon and I said great see you then. He arrived at apx. 3:30 and I showed him a picture of the defective valve. He went into the crawl space with a new valve and was done about 4:00. The cost was considerably less than the competitors quote from the morning. He was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do without wasting multiple trips into the crawl space. Very happy with the job. Thanks Mark

I have used plumb doctor twice now, once on a rental home we own and then, on our personal house. Both times they have showed up on time, were personable, and best of all gave me a great price when other plumbers wanted to charge me twice as much. Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up! I called 3 times and sat at my house hoping someone would at least call to reschedule.. Don't waist your time, call Mr. Quik !

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Mike came out at the last minute on a Friday to look at my heat pump. I was at work and my brother was at my house. Mike got on my brother's cell phone and explained to me what was going on. I appreciated him doing so instead of relaying everything through my brother. I also appreciated Summers sending someone out at 4:30 on a Friday.

Highly recommend Indy Water Heater and Softener!! Can not say enough nice things about Danny and how he goes above and beyond!! We had purchased a water softener from Lowes and long story short it had be returned. At 8pm he drove with my husband to Lowe’s and brought his van and helped return broken softener and then get new one! He then came back to our house and installed it!! He was amazing! Just had him do a disposable and same amazing service!!!! Thank you!!!

Our water heater wouldn’t stay lite, we had a code flashing on our water heater four times indicating a sensor was no good, we call Aqueduct plumbing and told them our problem, they were quick to help, they were going to get parts needed to fix water heater. When David from Aqueduct plumbing called us and informed us the water heater we had was only 3 years old and was not registered with AO smith for the warranty, he said he took it upon himself to get our water heater registered with them until 2023 and was able to get the parts needed under warranty and I would not be charged for parts, David and this company went above and beyond my expectations on the service I received, They are incredibly honest, prompt and highly skilled. I would highly recommend Aqueduct plumbing.
