They are 10 stars in my book! Josh was first to arrive to our plumbing nightmare. He was kind, informative, and allowed me to watch as he used the camera to scope out the outside pipe. It wasn’t good, but he was. He provided us all the options we needed to make the best decision on how to move forward with the repair.Nick and Chris pulled up with excavator, and got us fixed up. They are 10 Star as well! In fact, we had extra gravel. They put that extra gravel in a muddy spot by the driveway, where our kid parks. They didn’t have to do that, and seemed more than happy to do it.Their eagerness to make their customers happy (Josh, Nick, and Chris) was refreshing. Nobody seems to care about that, these days.When you use them, I hope you get these three as your team! They will conquer that nightmare!

With spring quickly approaching I knew I wanted to make sure our sump pumps were in working order. Pristine plumbing were very professional, quick, and on-time. Definitely will be using them for future plumbing needs.

We had a water heater check up and had the technician look at a clogged pipe associated with our washer. He applied a coupon and we were able to get it fixed. He checked the line to verify it was working. Because he was kind and appeared knowledgeable, we asked him to look at a toilet that appeared to be leaking. He offered some reasonable advice and options. We were happy with the service provided today!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Jeff Ham, plumber, was efficient and professional throughout the service call. Even the situation was not an emergency for me, he treated it as of it was. He even cleaned the mess that the original water heater left after it failed. I would highly recommend him and this business.
