I needed to replace an eleven year old hot water heater. Leon Hiepner was the technician/plumber who took out the old unit and put in a new Reem unit. He did an excellent job. Arrived on time, did good work and was a genuinely nice person to deal with. If you are not going to install your own hot water heater, Hope Plumbing is very easy to work with and they offer competitive prices. I am going to use them again soon to work on my sump pump situation.

We had Michael replace our old lines (cast iron, copper and pvc) with Pex. He came out on a Saturday and did a fantastic job! The price was fair and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

This person was Belfret an AWESOME man who show and explained every thing requarding the malfunction of my furnace! He and his team worked from sun up to late in night! Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! My wife and I just bought our home in September and with any old hone there are going to be issues, and plumbing is no different. I called at 10:30 am and asked if someone could be here before 10:00 a.m. tomorrow and they said that someone could be here within the hour. I forget the technician's name but he arrive promptly and was very polite and did well with my 3 year old son. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for my next repair (which I hope never happens). Oh, and I forgot to say that it was very affordable. Thank you so much.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any contractor!!! I made the initial call on Wednesday when, the Jamie was very friendly, great customer service.... Andrew was the technician that came out and completed the inspection, and gave me a very reasonable price for the job.... Then there was Jason, he was so awesome very personable, friendly and efficient. Talking to Jason was just like talking to a friend, he did great work, very neat and even cleaned up after he was finished, I would recommend this company to anyone.... THANKS PLUMB DOCTOR!!!!!!!!

We called ACME after noticing our water heater leaking. They came out the same day and installed a new water heater 2 hours later. Tech was friendly and informative. Would recommend and will use them again.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. My mom needed a back up sump pump they installed a pair pump which is a stainless steel sump pump and battery back up. Includes safety agreement. Cost: Pair pump 3 yr. Warranty $2479 minus 10% senior discount $247 minus free safety agreement$159 total $2232. They DID NOT SUBTRACT the safety comfort agreement or it would of been $2073. They came back 9 days later because mom heard a noise couldn’t duplicate noise but said discharge through well is leaking and they can get someone small to quote repair of line in crawl space. Mom did nothing because after purchasing this well my brother came home from a business meeting out of state and questioned her sanity. I took her to doctor to prove her sanity which she was sane but found out she had cancer.So fast forward to May 31,2022 they return per their maintenance agreement and sump pump discharge is still leaking and I’m at moms house caring for her. The employee there quotes her a price if $551 if on their plan or $661 if not on plan. So I tell my brother, 2 days later my brother and son go into the crawl space and for a total of $20 and 15 minutes work they replace the elbow of the sump pump discharge saving mom$531 or $631. The initial installation of the sump pump took 2 hours I looked up the sump pump with the battery back up on line it sells for $895 so labor on this job for two hours was $1337. They charge a flat rate on labor rather it be 1 hr. or 10 hr. that’s how they sock it to especially the elderly. I asked for at least a refund of the $159 that they didn’t subtract from the original agreement and was told no, we’ll give you another year maintenance. We don’t want these con artist near our homes ever again. The main reason my mom even called was because their $50 off a sump pump that runs in the REACH magazine every month.
