Hope Plumbing is an excellent business serving Indianapolis. Connor exceeded my expectations with the quick repair today.

Had all the water lines replaced from galvanized to PEX. Completed in one day and at half the price their Indy competitor claiming to specialize in old homes had quoted.

Did a great job, installed a water softener for me too.

Called Benjamin Franklin for Sump pump removal, cleanup and installation of new pump system. Company was responsive, got a sales person to provide us with options and a tech scheduled for the same day to complete the job. Tech was professional, respectful, wore boot covers and did a very clean and thorough job. Company is a bit pricey but service is excellent.

Cassie was not only fast and professional, but she gave us helpful hints on how to avoid these problems in the future. Every time she comes out to any location (I’ve worked in 6), she is in and out of the business before any guests even notice! She is a blessing and definitely needs some recognition for her hard work.

They did so great! Our office building is an old building, and we had multiple toilets/drain/sink issues. They did in-depth analysis and helped us figure out our best options. Kevin called in some other plumbers to assist as more issues started to surface and they provided us with solutions, some for now and some bigger ones if needed in the future. They were committed to the job and communicative throughout the day as they worked. They even added in some discounts. 10/10!

Responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. A great example of you get what you pay for. They will make sure the job is done correctly and ensuring all the little details are done as well. They also teach you about your system as well to ensure you know what to look for in the future.

Quickly responded to call of flooded basement. (I had called several plumbers and hadn't even gotten a return call.) Plumber drained the basement and installed a new sump. 6 months later when the new pump wasn't working quite right, plumber came out again and took care of the problem without charge. Friendly service. Would use again.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional HOWEVER, the cost was exorbitant. The charge for the work was very high and be because it was Saturday there was an additional $89 charge. Other companies sdvertise $93 to unclog a sink 24/7.

Contacted the company in the middle of the night when sump failed out first thing in the morning new sump pump installed before noon. Plumber provided exceptional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I had a gas leak in the house I just moved into. The owner was upfront and honest. The worker that was scheduled to arrive wasn’t able to, so The owner arrived at the scheduled time to make the repair. He was very professional and had the issue resolved in no time. I would recommend this plumber to anyone in need of honest and professional work.

I've had terrific experiences with Bob. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. He's always been able to come out same day which is important to me. It's really hard to trust home service professionals these days but I'm thankful I found a plumber I know I can call & rely on.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Solomon was very professional and detail oriented. I thought at first estimate was a bit high. Didn’t realize what all was entailed to fix it. Also drained hot water heater at no additional charge. Could not have asked for a better worker. Thanks for your help ?
