We had a blocked kitchen sink that required service asap. We called rotor rooter and a service technician arrived about 3.5 hrs later, which was fine. The technician Puia Cherput was very pleasant, neat and got the sink unplugged within 30 minutes. Although the price is high, a coupon and the emergency service request made the cost a little more paletable.

They fit me in the same day and at a good price. The plumber technician Chris Smith was a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will refer Plumb Doctor to anyone I know for their plumbing needs. Thanks!

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.
