My tech, Tyler M., was great. Profession, understood what I needed done and explained the process wells He recognized that I needed the work done quickly to meet a buyer’s inspection request as my home is pending a sale. He was able to do install the new drain lines for my sump pump the same day and did an excellent job.

We live in a 96-year-old house with a clay tile sewer line about 13 feet below ground and 110 feet long. The Saturday after our 2021 family Thanksgiving our line gave out, backup into the house and filled with sand in certain sections. The house was unusable, and we had to move out. I talked with many vendors and settled on Pristine. Ron (Pristine owner) was experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me through the details of the project, estimated time frame, and the issues that would likely surface. The price was reasonable and fair. During the project, Pristine communicated clearly and often letting us know when workers would be on site and when they would not. They also let us know the names of the workers coming each day. Most days, for our project, Pristine sent Mike and Stephen. I want to say a few words about these two hard-working men. Mike and Steve were committed, diligent, and most admirably, took pride in what they were doing. They were experienced, confident, and efficient and worked as if they had done this type of repair a thousand times. This gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed during this disruptive time. I highly recommend Pristine and would hire them again in a heat beat. Thak you for fixing our sewer line!

Employees are very honest. Had other quotes on repair for 500 bucks for repairing plumbing and for hooking up a washer and dryer. Had Weilhammer out, and the technician said I didn't need their services and that I should just proceed with the install because the other plumber was wrong.

Rick came within an hour of my call, I knew I needed to have my water heater replaced. Rick explained the process. Changed the water heater out and was done in a few hours. Very pleasant and great person!

I can't say enough about Bob. Our kitchen sink clogged on Friday afternoon, and he came over to snake our drain. After removing the sludge from our pipe, we realized our basement drain was clogged as well. We called him on Saturday morning, and he came over to fix that as well. With no hassle and without breaking the bank, we had a fully functioning house again. I can't say enough about Bob and his assistants. Wonderful people, and wonderful work.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

We live in an apartment and our water heater (due to age) started leaking down into the neighbors apartment below us. We had NO idea because our water heater was built into our cabinets and hidden behind a false wall in our kitchen. Our landlord sent a few plumber's into our apartment who just were TERRIBLE. They made this a bigger mess and longer drawn out mess than need be.. One thing they all had in common was They lacked common sense..

The NEXT day Solomon and his crew showed up to install my NEW WATER HEATER and they were very professional. The two workers he had with him were amazing. They showed up on time, with all the tools necessary to do the job, and they completed the job in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up after themselves very wellalso ! They were in and out, but did a very professional and GOOD job. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

These guys took our issues seriously and came out quickly and on time. We have used other plumbers in the past but not anymore. Alex was an awesome representative for the company. I will not only always use Steg Plumbing but I will request Alex because he was great!
