This is my 6th experience with Hope Plumbing and they have all been excellent. This one was more urgent than most because our sewer was clogged and we dared not flush a toilet. Hope was super responsive with a team of experts.Most memorable for me is camera expert, Ricky Crawley. He left me with a video of the entire 157 feet of my sewer as traversed by the camera on a cable. I was able to map the curving path around my garage and under the street next door to the city main in the yard across the street. How? Ricky left behind locator flags complete with depth indicators. His technology can tell him where and how deep his camera is.This was beyond normal because our problem persisted after ordinary solutions should have worked (sewer rotating drill and hydro jet.)In the end the unexpected solution was built on detailed information and coordination by experts at Hope in our time of need!!

I called and they came immediately and they gave me a estimate for all the damage. And Mr Sam was very very very polite and I was very comfortable with having him in my house. And he relieved me of the problems I was having with my Plumbing situation. I will recommend them to anyone again. Mr. Sam was great and I give him a five-star. Mr. Sam is the person that I hope can continue to fix all my plumbing needs for the future. And the prices are very reasonable so make sure you call Pristine Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We had Michael replace our old lines (cast iron, copper and pvc) with Pex. He came out on a Saturday and did a fantastic job! The price was fair and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Josh and John were awesome, very knowledgeable, and were very careful as the removed the old and installed the new piping. They walked us through every step of the process. Thank you for wonderful service and a beautiful bathroom.

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

Investigated sewer gas smell.

Initially I called several plumbing companies to unstop a clogged kitchen sink drain but found they couldn't come out for at least 5 days. Fortunately for me, Eric from Roto-Rooter said he could come out the same day and did and got it unclogged right away. Thanks Eric and Roto-Rooter!

Steg Plumbing should be your plumber, your mom's plumber & your builder's plumber!! My experience with their timeliness and professionalism inside my home was refreshing. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we had same day service!! SAME DAY. It is rare to have a company respond and complete everything as promised. I couldn't say enough about my experience!!
