Best Plumbing Service in Indianapolis IN

Couldnt express a greater negative for Hope plumbing if I tried. I had a small leak from where my main drain sewer line exits the concrete foundation. I was quoted with 1 days work to dig a hole on the exterior, apply a sealant on the interior and exterior, and refill the dug hole. After requesting a quote amended to if I dug the hole and was given $1200. So, 2 guys arrived, spent about 30 minutes applying sealant, came back 2 hours to confirm it was effective, and charged me $1200. for about 1.5 hours of work. This is the biggest ripoff, most corrupt, bureaucratic company I have ever encountered. I spend all day seeing my hard earned money spent on their commercials on TV. Note to self, If your plumber has commercials every 5 minutes, maybe they are charging you too much money....

Nathan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable as well as Terri abd Natalie (in the office). I think the price was reasonable for the work we had done. I really appreciate the payment plan option. We intend to call Pristine when we have more plumbing repairs. I highly recommend them!

I love when a business delivers. Grateful Plumber sent a text that they were on their way, arrived on time and most importantly had the skill and tools to complete the job within the time quoted, even with the addition of the shut off valve replacement . They cleaned up after themselves.

Hired Ciriello Plumbing to install 2 new bathroom Faucets and clear a drain. 6 hours later and $738 in labor. I feel $738 is excessive for 2 Faucets and a Drain cleaning. I will give them 2 stars for showing up and finishing the project but way over priced and I felt the gentleman doing the work probably either needs to retire or work as a walmart greeter because he was either very slow or slow on purpose to run up the clock. Definitely wont use them again

we had a problem on a weekend with a clogged drain which means we had a whole house problem. We called Mr Rooter on a Sunday and they came out pretty quick as promised. The drain technician Ben was fantastic. This was a major blockage and he stuck with it until it was fixed. He worked extremely hard to solve the problem. Thanks Ben!

The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Reasonable was awesome to work with, they were flexible and in time and the work was very well done. Will definitely be hiring them again if necessary.

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We appreciate him and Steg resolving the issue. Our experience with Alex today was excellent! Highly recommend Steg based off of this experience!
