Nothing is more frustrating than waking up to no running water in your house! I called the 24 hour phone number and they immediately got me in touch with Hope Plumbing and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning!! Evan was my plumber and I could not of been more happy with his service. After an hour trying to find the source of my leak in a VERY small crawl space he got me the affordable quote right away and then spent the rest of the day making sure I would have water again and fixed my leak completely.. I recommend Evan and Hope Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you again Evan for your expertise.

I would highly recommend LD Smith based on the work they completed for me. Having major plumbing done on your house isn't something anyone looks forward to but LD Smith made the experience as painless as possible. They worked on a large 3 day major project at our house. Tim (site manager), Trevor, Nick and Wes were all very respectful to our house, polite, explained each step of the process very well, and they were able to finish on schedule. They now have a customer for life!

Very good at explaining the fault of the pex ball unit

Kima did a wonderful job. Our drains have not ran like that in years. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very neat left no mess. He is a plus to Roto-Rooter. If I have to call again I will definitely ask for Kima.

I contacted Acme Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement. They arrived at 3:30 and finished approx 11:30PM. They stated that I needed to replace 2 other items to be up to code. I agreed to do this. Within the first 30 days, they have been out a total of 5 times repairing, replacing and tighting. I have had water leaking 2 times, The pressure tank that was installed is defective and now they are saying maybe the water company needs to replace the meter also? ALL of this for a water heater. They have showed up when they state, just not to sure about the quality of the work. 4/25/2019 update. no responds from acme plumbing and I now have even more water leaking from where they installed the pressure gauges . I have another company coming out to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We had frozen pipes leading to our water heater. Bob was prompt and professional. He has fair prices. When all the big name plunming companies were too busy. Bob was not. He was helpful. I would recommend him yo my friends.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.
