I had an extremely slow draining kitchen sink and called Pristine Plumbing for a service. I thought their promise of $99 or It Is Free Main Line Drain Clearing covers this. However, the plumber could not resolved the issue. When I argued that I should not pay because of their promise on their website, the plumber had to call someone, and came back to say that the only way I didn't need to pay for the service is to schedule a jetting service the next day (cost is $449), and pay $100 today and the remaining $349 the next day. (later during the aftermath the owner says that the promise if only for main line, and kitchen sink does not qualify). I normally would have shopped around for a jetting service but didn't want them worked for nothing so I let them schedule the jetting service next day. Unfortunately, to my surprise, their Jetting didn't work either. What's even more surprising was that the plumbers the second day didn't even know the deal of the first day, and was going to charge me the full $449. I had to call the office and have them to call the people from the first day to sort it out. Now I spent $449 without getting the issue resolved. So, if you have the same wrong expectation of the promise as me, please be aware that Main Line clearing guarantee does not apply to other drain issues like a kitchen sink drain. Their plumbers were OK but dealing with their back office is frustrating.

WOW! Excellent service by Michael. Highly recommend to anyone. Starting from the initial phone call I made until today when they came out they were incredibly helpful. It’s felt like they were there to helping me solve a problem instead of just charge as a much as possible like MR. PLUMBER.

All we needed was to fix a slow draining sink and Mr. Plumber quoted us $3k+ to cut into a wall and replace some cast iron pipes and all kinds of other stuff. Michael fixed the sink without having to cut into any walls or floor and it all works great now.

I will call Three Kings Plumbing every time for here on out.

OH my - LD Smith is the best.......about 1.5 year ago they repaired my sewer line in Butler-Tarkington. We are now selling and the inspection showed a break in the line in the street. New development. So we had the inspection report back at 4:30 Friday. Monday at 8:15 am I call them, forward the inspection video, they had my file and all documents, reviewed the video and our file. Called us back about 2 pm. TJ was at the house the next day and submitted a request to Citizen Gas since the line break is in the street. Regardless of who has to pay for this - the fact that they had the documentation , incredible response and able to keep our sale moving forward on good faith! Amazing professionalism. I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

Quick response and great price for a new water heater

We had an issue and they were able to fix the problem quickly, able to explain exactly what they were going to do and completed the project exactly as promised. I would, and already have, recommend them with 100% confidence.

This low flow toilet I have didn't seem to want to flush completely half of the time. They took care of that situation. I've been getting a much more satisfactory flush ever since! I highly recommend ACME for timely, quality work. Great experience.

We live in a house and our tub had a leak from the drain and Pinocchio and Sirus I believe his name was, fixed it in no time and they were in and out in no time. Pinocchio had to crawl under the house to get access to the drain while Sirus did the top part of the drain they worked as a great team and very professional I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work on any scale Thank You guys for your great work ?

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.
