Best Plumbing Preventative Maintenance in Indianapolis IN
My home was built in 1927 and badly needed some plumbing updates/repairs. Carlos from Hope Plumbing did a great job installing a brand new whole-house shutoff valve, repairing a leaky pipe, and flushing my water heater to keep it running in tip-top shape. He was professional, walked me through some different options and what the process would entail, and took care in his work to get it done right. I will definitely keep Hope in mind for any future needs!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful. And will consider this service for other home needs. I look forward to being able to use their plumbing service next.

Very pleased with my service technician, Roy & my service with Williams Comfort Air/Mr.Plumber. Roy showed up at the given time frame, was very courteous & explained everything very well. He even taught me how to use my programable thermostat since I never had one like that before. My son recommended this company & I am very pleased with the service! I look forward for their next visit in the spring!

Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.
