Best Plumbing Leak in Indianapolis IN

I needed to have a plumber come out and reinstall faucets and drains as we replace a countertop. When the countertop was removed they damaged the supply lines. Ben, our service technician, replaced the supply lines with one that had true shutoff valves, and in short order reinstalled the faucets and drains. Ben then tested for leaks and he cleaned up and left. Ben was very professional and courteous and was very respectful.

They were able to get me in same day. I appreciated being sent a picture of the technician that would be arriving, the works is a crazy place these days. It is nice to know who is on the other side of the door before you open it. They quickly were able to diagnose and offer solutions for repair without any pressure tactics. I will definitely be calling them again.

When I called Weilhammer Plumbing they tried to help me on the phone but the water heater still was not working so they came first thing the next morning. I've had Bob out to my home a couple of times and he's great. He fixed a pipe leak under a sink and helped unstuck a frozen washer drain another time. Bob's extremely courteous, professional and always has good help with him. Helluva guy. Definitely recommend.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Solomon put in an outside clean out at my home and did an outstanding job. He worked diligently and very hard to clear my main line that I was having problems with. His excellent communication, follow up, and customer service skills are so far beyond what any other plumbing company has ever provided. Thank you Reasonable Plumbing and Solomon for your hard work and everything you did to solve my issue! I could not more highly recommend them!

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick.
