Best Plumbing Leak in Indianapolis IN

Last night I found a water leak in our main water shut off valve. We are just two days away from leaving for a long trip and I didn't want to leave the house at risk of a major leak. Our house is older and has older piping so I have no inclination to try and fix it myself. I called Hope after 11pm and had a quick answer from their rep. They got my name and information down and said they will do their best to get someone out before we left. The next morning I got a text stating that Jacob was going to be coming. He called ahead of time which allowed me to get the area ready. He was very professional and courteous. He informed me of the various options to fix my current issue but also looking forward what they could do for our older system (complete replacement) Although I wasn't interested in the full replacement option right now he did still give me an invoice of what to expect if I choose to do it later. He fixed the main water shutoff quickly and efficiently. He was responsive to my questions and even added a shutoff valve for our outdoor faucet for we didn't have one. All-in-all it was a last minute expensive fix but their membership program did save us some money on the bottom line. He answered all my questions about the program and it's benefits and I found great value in what they offered for the membership. I feel much more confident in my home being safe now that the leak has been fixed and I know I can call them anytime if I have any issues. Thank you for a great first experience.

Michael was wonderful to work with. I had three pipes burst in a cold snap and he fixed them all. The company answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment right away and he was EARLY for the scheduled time!!! Then why water heater went out. The other plumber said I needed a new unit but didn't have time to put it in. I scheduled an install with Michael - had the new unit BUT he fixed the old one!!! Saved me thousands of dollars with the new piping that would have been needed. Again, honest, straight forward and KIND!!!

I love this company. Ive been using them since 1998. Everytime I've felt they were fair in pricing and fixed my problems on time with no more trouble. I have a small leak in my sink that I think is just a washer I can fix myself - but if I can't I wouldn't call anyone else.

Few hiccups with timing and scheduling but if you’re the type of person to complain about this you don’t know how field work goes. All that matters is they called to let me know things went south and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The plumbers that performed the service were professional, courteous, and hard working. In eight hours they ran new lines and drain for a washer and repiped two baths, kitchen, three spigots, and the water heater. It’s an older home with a lot of “rigging,” they fought each obstacle and won, no cut corners or sorry aboutcha’s.

Greenwood owned and operated, the owner stopped in on his way home to see how it was going, had stories of doing work for my grandfather.

Can’t comment on the price because I’m unfamiliar but seemed reasonable for the work performed at $3600.

Recommended for anyone in the area.

I call Ciriello for pretty much all of my plumbing needs, and this was the second time Mike came out and helped. This time he checked my outside spigots for freezing. He found one had burst, replaced both and prepared them better for winter. He was very efficient, he worked in the rain, and got finished sooner than promised. Both times he’s been out he’s explained things for me, and walked me through what failed; and how he was fixing the issues. Will definitely use them again!

We are 100 satisfied. We will call them again.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! We had an emergency water leak from our refrigerator on a late Saturday afternoon and Mark was great! He arrived in 30 min and was able to repair it quickly. He also showed us all of the plumbing lines and shutoff valves throughout the house in case we had another emergency.

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!

Excellent service! Called to set up an appointment and they fit my schedule. The service tech was on time, called before coming and was very professional. Explained where my drains were backed up and why and tHen gave me the free estimate. I had him stay and do the work, very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them in the future.

Jason arrived on time to install my new water heater and did a great job. He patiently answered all my questions. I also appreciated that he took time to tell me how best to maintain the water heater to extend its' life. That is great customer service. From the initial conversation with John to the final installation with Jason, everything happened as it was described to me. I will say that I was told it would be a couple of hours and it took a bit over 3 hours, so if I had only taken 1/2 day off that might not have worked well. But I know they can only estimate this - different for every install. All in all, I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thanks Jason and John!

Very good service.

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

I do not usually rate services, but i had to say something. They were so professional, and did exactly what they promised. My sister and I were pleasantly surprised and you will be too.
