Best Plumbing Installation in Indianapolis IN

This is our first experience with Hope Plumbing. Jeremy did a great job installing the toilet and also was helpful in answering some questions I had about our water softener and a sulfur odor we were experiencing. He took more time than the original appointment was scheduled for. We were very pleased.

Had Derrick come out to repair a leak in the pipe behind the shower head. Excellent service, very quick and efficient!

Atta Boy came out to my house this morning to check for a possible gas leak. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in quality of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They will definitely be my go to for future calls.

The water company told me I had a leak. Jeff detected no leaks. He got in both of my crawl spaces and got filthy and he did it with a smile. He also told me up front, the cost would be 161. Since he found no leak, he charged me 49 dollars. I will definitely call them again!

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

Our technician was very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable! Within an hour, he had our leaky faucet replaced and back in working condition. He also fixed some faulty plumbing work from a previous repair. He was very personable, conversing with myself, as well as my two young children. Highly recommend Carter’s Plumbing! Thank you!

We had an emergency water leak from our refrigerator on a late Saturday afternoon and Mark was great! He arrived in 30 min and was able to repair it quickly. He also showed us all of the plumbing lines and shutoff valves throughout the house in case we had another emergency.

I've used Bob twice this year and once over at my mother's house. He is always prompt and courteous. I've dealt with other plumbers and Bob is the best. He's a 1 man show that gets it done. His pricing definitely beats the big out fits. He's more than far on cost and explains everything well.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed by the immediate response we received from Reasonable Plumbing! Not only did they respond within the hour, they were able to come out and repair our toilet the next day. The technician was honest about the possibility of having to replace our toilets, but still attempted to repair them. We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.

Jonathon was very respectful of our house and made a professional effort to not damage our stairs or carpeting when carrying his tools through the house.
