On 12/28/2021 I discovered we had a leak in the pipe between the flow meter at the street and the main shutoff at the house. On 12/29/2021 I made a few calls to some plumbers I’d used in the past but received zero calls back… except from one, Pristine Plumbing. After explaining the issue to Josi, she got Ron to come out the next day to assess the issue. On 12/30/2021 Ron came to the house, confirmed where the problem was, and presented me with a couple options. I decided to go with running a whole new line via bore as we’ve already had repairs on the old copper line. Ron gave us a job start date of 01/06/2022 which we were good with considering the scope of the job. At 0800 on 01/06/2022, Derrick showed up and started the job. He had to dig a large hole in the yard by the flow meter and bust up concrete in the garage to get the new pipe hooked up. One thing to note, 01/06 and 01/07 were some really cold days. I didn’t hear anyone on-site complain about it. On 01/07 they came back even though it was quite cold and bore the line. Derrick, Mike (I think that’s his name), and another gentlemen stayed until about 1800 to ensure everything was working and cleaned up. Billy came out today to finish up the concrete work.

As someone that believes good customer service doesn’t happen as often as it should now days, Pristine Plumbing nailed it. They not only did a great job, they did it with a great attitude. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I’ll recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you guys!

We had a tankless water heater and water filter system installed. They gave us a great price and a senior discount. Whenever they talked with us they always wore a mask, which I appreciated. The installation quick and was very professionally done. I will definitely use them again.

We had a plumbing emergency recently on a Saturday. I got online to find a plumber who was open, and happened to call Mr. Rooter. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Taylor, who after hearing what the problem was, moved us up to the front of the line and sent someone out to help us. We needed a sewage ejector pump, and had to wait til Sunday morning for it. But Mike came out and made sure we would be ok til then. I can’t remember the name of the tech on Sunday, but he did a great job as well, and cleaned up everything.
What was a crisis situation ended up to not be so bad. We were pleased with the service and repair we got from everyone we dealt with at Mr. Rooter. I strongly feel that if I’d called anyone else, I wouldn’t have the same glowing review to write. These guys are fantastic! I hope we don’t have any plumbing issues or emergencies in the foreseeable future, but these guys have our business, for sure.

I got my main drain line pretty clogged. Couldn’t use any bathroom or the washer machine. I called Roto-Rooter and I am glad I did it. Clint Williams took excellent care of the problem. Explained everything to me and gave me some options to do the job in trying to save me some money. I followed his recommendation and it worked pretty well. He was right.I found the cost of the service very reasonable, but more importantly, I am really happy with his professionalism, experience and quality of service. I will definitely call them again should I need a plumbing service!Roto-Rooter keep up the good work!

Changing up my review. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a product that cost 25 dollars. That's just straight up dishonest...just sad....

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

Solomon's quote for my system (bradford white 50 gal hybrid 240V is only from plumbing contractors) was priced right. Further, it included extended warranty, thermal expansion tank installed, 5 years of annual servive and existing tank removal, cleanup and all taxes. Install is clearly professional and Solomon was very careful, starting up the machine for its first time. Lastl and importantly Solomon and Julian were well-mannered gentlemen (with clean work-clothes).

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. I would recommend Doug and Steg to anyone in a heart beat time and time again!
