I had Benjamin Franklin out in 2011 to install filtration and treatment equipment in my house that’s on an iron-rich well. They have come out and addressed the few problems I have had since then, which included replacing the entire unit when it failed. The kicker: the manufacturer of the iron filter unit would NOT honor the warranty on their own equipment, but Benjamin Franklin sure did! They replaced the entire unit with a different brand on their own dime, and made sure it worked as it should in every way. They have been incredibly responsive and helpful for anything I have ever needed. They may not be the “cheapest” option available, but when it comes to plumbing and potential water issues in your house...I will pay their cost every time due to the quality of people they send out and their unwavering support behind their amazing warranty of any unit they install or work they do. Throughout my almost 10 years of dealing with them, I have come to trust them completely. I cannot sing their praise strongly enough!!!

Called 3 companies and Mark was the only one that returned my call. He showed up the same day and got me out of a pinch where I started installing a softener and couldn't finish the job. Nice/friendly guy. I will use him again...

we had a problem on a weekend with a clogged drain which means we had a whole house problem. We called Mr Rooter on a Sunday and they came out pretty quick as promised. The drain technician Ben was fantastic. This was a major blockage and he stuck with it until it was fixed. He worked extremely hard to solve the problem. Thanks Ben!

Alijah Jenkins came out ahead of schedule and found where the leak was under our sink, offered to replace the cracked drain and replace the other that was also old. I'd rather an expert do it so we told him to do both. He was very professional and personable and did a great job with the install. I have used Plumb Doctor in the past, so it was nice they had a record of some of the work they did on the sink before. Previously we had a clog, whereas this time it was a separate issue with the crack in a different area. Alijah noticed it within seconds and I was happy because he was in and out in less than an hour and saved me the hassle and frustration of figurine out by myself and making trips to the store.

I called Bob. He came out to my home quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the problems I needed solved and how to make it happen. He is very personable and nice. 10/10 will call again for my plumbing needs.

I want to start by saying the technician was great. But, I also want to say that I am severely disappointed in Service Plus. Technician came out to do the complimentary preventative maintenance on our furnace. After doing the maintenance, the furnace stopped working. Up until the maintenance, it worked perfectly. Somehow the gas valve went out during the maintenance process. Instead of the the company taking it on the chin and making it right by fixing for free what wasn’t broken before preventative maintenance, I had to pay $350 for labor, miss a day of work (and pay), and have a night without heat. This shouldn’t happen. Please be cognizant that this may also happen to you.

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Asked what the charge is for Outdoor Faucet Sillcock install they don't have a clue. Only answer gave me there is $79 diagnostics charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install simple kitchen faucet?!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
