Hope Plumbing was fast, friendly, and great to work with. Kept contact with us to let us know when our tech would be on their way and made sure they were clear and upfront with us every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for skilled and professional plumbers.

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

Our water heater broke and we had it replaced by LD Smith Plumbing. Our home warranty insurance covered the cost of the plumber and heater however after the water heater was installed they didn't flush out the system. As a result whenever we turned our hot water heater on it gave off a screeching noise. We called them to come look at it since the heater comes with a year warranty on all parts and labor and they spent 5 minutes flushing out the system. A month later we discovered that they charged the home warranty company again as if this was a separate instance when it was entirely their fault since they didn't flush the system after installing it which is something the second plumber said he always does! Now we're getting charged 75 dollars and they're not willing to do anything. I wouldn't ever recommend this company.

Just had a service call from Weilhammer Plumbing. These gentlemen are the real deal! They came out and fixed, for free, a piece of water-heater work that was (mis)handled by a different plumbing company. They also provided some very helpful advice about some other minor issues around the house and were extremely pleasant and down-to-earth folks to speak with. They saved me a ton of worry because they revealed an untruthful statement about my water pressure that was made by a competitor, to be false. They were too much gentlemen to say the competitor was untruthful, but it was quite obvious that it was the case. Instead of the high-cost, high-pressure tactics I got from from their competitor, Weilhammer gave me a very reasonable estimate of work that needed to be done, but did not try to convince me that the world would end if I didn't sign up to have it done today.

If they chose to, they probably could have easily taken advantage of me -- I am not wise in the ways of plumbing and was pretty upset about what I was (falsely) told about my water pressure from the other company. But instead they were honest with me and helped, for free, to undo someone else's mistake! Their estimate was very reasonable, and overall I could not be more impressed, and I will be looking to them for all my future plumbing needs. I would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.

Edit: I just called Weilhammer again today for an in-wall leak -- it was a nasty one but they jumped right in, on a weekend, and got it fixed! They gave lots of good advice about how to deal with the drywall, avoid mold, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Sunday with the Colts about to play! :) Bottom line, everything I said above still stands -- they are awesome and they'll treat you right.

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important

You need repair professionals you can trust to do a great job and really rake care of you. I would never use anyone else. 2 homes, normal problems, they always take care of me!

We called Casey and he was able to get here within the hour. He did a quick, awesome job fixing a pipe to our water heater that was leaking. Very professional and kind. And affordable!!

Corey is polite, punctual, explains things well, and I trust that his quotes are fair. We will always use him for our plumbing needs.

Besides the fact that my boys LOVED the big frog graphics on the plumbers shirts, the guys were in and out and very professional. Will use again.

The workers were very respectful and responsible. They cleaned up and protected my floor, walls and carpet. I recommend them highly!

I called P&K to get a second opinion/estimate than my first quote from Mr. Plumber. Not only did P&K come out the same day I called, Sam At P&K fixed my issue the same day AND cut Mr. Plumbers price in HALF!
P&K was right on time and very professional.
I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience I had today.
Btw I had a sink/washer line that had backed up and had multiple bellies in my line.
I’ll always use P&K for my plumbing needs from here on out!
