I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

We have now hired Advance Electric on two separate occasions. They are extremely timely in their scheduling, reasonable on pricing, and very professional and friendly to work with. We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

My water heater died on a Monday morning. I called Godby and Stephanie got me set up with an appointment for the very next day! My service reps arrived on time and were very friendly and professional - they explained the replacement process to me carefully and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am happy with the service I received and would recommend the company to others.

Electrician was very rude and unprofessional. Was supposed to replace a GCFI breaker in the panel. Put a used breaker in there that looks older than the ones that came in the house that was built 1980. The fuse keeps blowing. We contacted to enable our warranty for a repair and he refused to replace it multiple times and this was per FHA requirement. I assume our skin color prevented him from actually doing the quality work that he does for others.

Noah Woreley arrived on time and took on an extra job besides the one he came for. I am very hard to please and I thought he did a great job on everything! Very polite and he knew what he was doing. I had a part missing and he waited while I went and got the missing part. I have had other electricians and haven't been near as impressed. I would highly recommend this company. i will definitely use them again. Five stars all the way!

Jaime came and changed out three of my old outside lights to new LED lights which look amazing and make it so much brighter at night. He also updated all of my outlets in the entire house. He was very nice and I was comfortable with him in my home! I will be using MW electric in the future.
