Mark came out on time and was able to give me a good quote on everything I needed done which included a tankless water heater, water softener and laundry sink in my garage. Dan and his helper both worked together and had everything done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond and put the salt tank for the softener in a better location to make the job of filling it easier. I highly recommend them.

They were very quick to respond and did everything exactly like they said that they would.

Mark Weilhammer came and replaced my antiquated water softener. He went above and beyond in explaining the new system and several other questions I had regarding plumbing. He was patient and extremely efficient working with my schedule. If only the newer, younger guys out there would take a page out of this professional's book - we all wouldn't be relying on all of these reviews. I called the Plumbing Doctors to look at our kitchen sink. We just purchased the home and the sink wasn't draining well. I can't tell you how courteous, professional and kind they were. It took 3 visits to figure out and fix the problem but they were determined to fix it and didn't even charge me for one visit because they were not able to fix the issue. Dan and his crew were the best! I am new to Indiana and will absolutely call the Plumbing Doctors with any future plumbing needs!! Our water heater wouldn’t stay lite, we had a code flashing on our water heater four times indicating a sensor was no good, we call Aqueduct plumbing and told them our problem, they were quick to help, they were going to get parts needed to fix water heater. When David from Aqueduct plumbing called us and informed us the water heater we had was only 3 years old and was not registered with AO smith for the warranty, he said he took it upon himself to get our water heater registered with them until 2023 and was able to get the parts needed under warranty and I would not be charged for parts, David and this company went above and beyond my expectations on the service I received, They are incredibly honest, prompt and highly skilled. I would highly recommend Aqueduct plumbing.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

It's been a while since I've used Gordon Plumbing, but they have always done a great job with plumbing and remodeling repairs in the past. I use to work at an office near Warren Park and they were our go to company if we had any sort of plumbing trouble. I would have no issues recommending them to family/friends today.
