I have an American water heater that was installed in August. It is now leaking from the tank. Danny Gerald will not stand behind the product and I wasn't informed re the 90 day only warranty. I do not want this brand, American since it is a poor brand. Now, I am out for the water heater, the install and having to replace it on my own. Not happy!

Bill was great! After a couple of weeks of our garbage disposal not working, we scheduled an appointment. He texted to confirm the time the night before and let me know he may be a little late due to an earlier appointment - awesome communication - and only showed up a few minutes past 10:30. He was quick, efficient, had no issue pinpointing the problem (how a rock managed to get down there, I’ll never know), and was in and out in 15 minutes, leaving me with a fixed garbage disposal, a quick dejamming-a-garbage-disposal how-to, and the knowledge that if it leaks, it’s gotta get replaced. Keith was able to quickly find the break in the first floor ceiling and also a drip that developed under the house. With out asking. Keith took pictures and sent them to me making it very easy for me to forward to my insurance company for my claim.
