Seth was awesome. I was having trouble with my water drain outside - it was clogged up and was backing up into the garage, where it would take hours to completely drain. He arrived on time and was very patient as I was explaining the issue and asking questions. He was honest with me in that outdoor drains weren't his specialty, but he would make a phone call to get a second opinion, which he did. While he wasn't able to clear out the clog in the outdoor drain himself, he was able to recommend a local company to help AND provided a DIY option as well. Best of all, at the end he didn't charge me a dime for the consultation, saying he didn't actually do anything. (I disagree, he was a huge help!) Really appreciate the time, information, and dedication to helping me troubleshoot.

I have been super impressed by Attaboy. Whenever we have a plumbing issue we call Attaboy because the service is excellent. I have always felt the technicians were very thorough and polite. Even their phone service is top notch. I called in to ask about an issue that was not covered under their umbrella of services and without hesitation they gave me instructions on finding the best repairman for the issue. Solid 5 stars.

Had a gas leak in the house and they’d come out on Friday night within few hours after my call. Brandon was a very professional and friendly, talked us through everything he needed to do and didn’t try to up charge us. Yes, it wasn’t cheap, all things considered but it’s to be expected in the situation we were in. We are very pleased with quality of service and definitely will be calling back should need arise.

We were in a nightmare with the private mainline in our street being so clogged it was pushing sewer water back into our basement. Phil was the primary plumber that talked with me to get the problem diagnosed and set up the projects with me.

Elizabeth helped get my appointment set up and even helped to get my job pushed up a bit sooner, which was great because the morning of the job the water was actually starting to push up to my main floor and into my bathroom!

Phil, Trevor, and Wesley all came out and did this job for me yesterday which involved digging a huge hole and replacing 6 inch pipe and running all the water that was backed up down to the manhole.

We knew something was up with our gutters since we moved in but were just waiting for when we would actually have to pull the trigger and have something done and I'm so glad it was L.D. Smith Plumbing that did this job for me.

All 3 guys were super nice and pleasant despite the disgusting work they were doing. I'm a guy that asks a lot of questions and they were super knowledgeable and helped explain everything that they were doing so I could feel confident about what was being done. I called Mark last week to unclog a completely stopped bathroom sink drain. Mark arrived the same day I called. He billed in the price range he quoted. And did quick work. I would definitely use him in the future.

Only feedback I have for Weilhammer Plumbing: I'd really like to see a better street presence on Shelby Street. I have passed by this place hundreds of times in the past 4 years and only recently became aware that it was an active business (I would have been using them a long time before).

Leleng arrived within 30 min. after we called for service on a weekend evening. He did a very thorough job figuring out where the clog was in our sewer line. He worked hard and fixed the problem. We recommend this company for emergency plumbing.

Took me forever even to get a quote scheduled. Got the runaround from the receptionist with multiple calls on multiple days. Then I was promised a time frame, which they did not show up and did not call and say it would be anything different. I called the office and then was promised an exact time. They called 15 minutes after that time just to give me a random quote over the phone without even seeing the job. And said it would still be another 30 minutes to even make it out there. What a waste of my time and very unprofessional.
