I have used Hope Plumbing again in 2018 - This time Quintin Bedwell came. He helped us removed some old house iron pipes and replace them with nice new plumbing. Great experience. Quick, well done and pleasant service!Evan Kelsay from Hope Plumbing visited our 1955 house today to remove two toilets that were original to the home and install new ones. The work was done very neatly, professional, and looks great. Evan called ahead of time, arrived when promised, assessed the situation gave a quote and did the work. He is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Dealing with Hope Plumbing prior to working with Evan was also a very good experience from our end. Jillian took my original call and was always pleasant and professional to deal with. I then worked with Michael who helped us pick out the equipment.Evan ran into one of those old house things that I run into several times on this house. The flange for the old toilets were too high for the new toilets. As soon as he ran into the issue, he showed us what the issue was, gave us options with prices. We agreed that he should do the additional work to get in the new toilets. However, even after we agreed to do the extra work, Evan kept thinking and came up with a way to install them without additional cost. He again communicated it to us and we agreed - no extra cost needed.We also asked about replacing our water heater at a future date. He again provided options and prices.Overall a good experience and we will use Hope Plumbing again - when we do, we'll be requesting Evan!

We've used Ben Franklin Plumbing several times now and have been happy with the service every time. We have never felt overcharged, always feel the technicians are honest with us, they're on time, and knowledgeable.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

They helped replace the pressure tank for our well system. They were quick and friendly, and the service wasn’t as expensive as I feared. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing problems!

I contacted them and they were able to come out next day for an estimate. Kyle, the tech that came out, was very polite and knowledgeable. I got my estimate for gas line valves and he was able to complete the job same day. Very satisfied with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

My main drain was clogged since Saturday around 2pm (always happens on my weekends off..lol). I contacted a few plumbers who could not get to me until Monday and Tuesday and I was on standby for one of them, I got up on Sunday morning and contacted Roto-Rooter and spoke to their call service who was super nice and she contacted one of the technicians She then called me back and said they can be out to me in 30 minutes..boy was I thrilled! When Phil arrived, I informed him that I felt that I suspected my main line was clogged and needed to be cleared. I explained to him what had occurred. He had actually checked the cleanout before he came into the home. He came in and was detailed as to what techniques they would be using and that he had a guy who would be using a camera to view as well. He was professional and I felt that he was someone that I could trust. It took a minute to locate the clog and he said that Terry would be in and would use a camera to see where the clog was,. Well Terry came in and described what and how he would be using the camera. He was detailed and I felt that I could trust him as well, Both men were super professional and personable and very thorough and efficient. After they finished, the Field Supervisor, Chet, stopped by to check on the service and I told him that the technicians were great. I would use them again and recommend them highly. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended Roto-Rooter. Their service, for me, was outstanding and timely and prices are competitive. You get what you pay for. SO thank you Phil, Terry and Chet. You are appreciated.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Mr. Crenshaw did a bunch of smaller jobs for me in a short amount of time, for a very reasonable price. He and his helper were professional, courteous, and friendly—I highly recommend them for any needed plumbing job.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.
