Could not be happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! Our kitchen sink was leaking but we couldn’t quite figure out the issue ourselves. Our technician, Joey, was prompt, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He showed us the problems and gave us all of our options - once we decided on a game plan, he returned within days to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. Everything works like new, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service and workmanship. Hot water heater went out. Gentleman tried switching parts out, but the old heater was gone. He put in a new Rheem for a reasonable price and had me back with hot water in less than 48 hours. I would recommend them highly.

We heard running water in our crawl space on Saturday night around midnight - we called Mr. Rooter and they had Aaron and Craig, the president, at our home before 8 am Sunday morning. They were thorough in investigating the issue and quickly determined the solution. They answered all of my questions in great detail and layman’s terms. Aaron also presented the cost before starting any work so there was complete transparency. We agreed to move ahead with the work, Aaron went back to get parts, and returned quickly. Less than 2 hours later, our problem is solved and we have recommendations for a few other issues in our home. Will absolutely use them for future plumbing work.

My wife worked with Phil on a sump pump, plumbing discharge, problem. Phil was prompt, patient, professional and thorough in his explanation of the problem, what he was going to do and why. Unfortunately, he ran into blockage that could not be cleared, in spite of his determined efforts. He called Terry, a colleague at Roto Rooter, to run a camera in the line. The camera was able to determine the exact point of the blockage. Knowing this was an area the local cable company had been working in recently, we contacted them and are waiting on their response/assessment. Until then, the drain line has been temporarily rerouted. When we move to the next step,, we've asked Phil to remain our main contact. Both he and Terry have been great.

Repair washer cut off valve and in stalled washer.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

I’ve used this company multiple times as a realtor and also in my personal home. Solomon does great work, is responsive and trustworthy. I’ve had him install sump pumps, fix plumbing leaks and all kinds of other work. All has been great.

I was dealing with a clogged washer drain and Mr. Plumber was able to get here faster than anyone else. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue quicker than expected. Seth K was who came out to the house and he was very helpful. Seth explained everything he was doing and provided tips and recommendations for the future. I have experience dealing with homeowners property claims so I knew he wasn't trying to sell me on services I don't need.
