Great service. Recommend. Technician showed up, professional. The auger had an issue. Technician called for backup, other technician showed up in under an hour to clear my mainline. Stuff happens, but Hope was on it. Not only Hope cleared my line but they are going to camera the line to see what could have caused the stoppage. A year ago I had another company come out to clear my mainline, they charged me double the amount. Not to mention, no option to camera the line. Hope provided a great special, snake & camera for under a Benjamin! Great deal.

100% A++++ Satisfied Customer!! Had a major issue with the sewer line. After Googling some plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter popped up. Read the reviews and gave them a call. So glad I did! Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after - holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end. Fantastic service. Our primary sump pump went out very early in the morning. Fortunately the secondary pump was working but wasn't sure with all the rain we were getting that it would hold.
