He literally just finished the job I'm very pleased. I had several other quotes and everyone was telling me that I needed a brand new hot water heater. 500 plus for labor is absolutely ridiculous. The price of the piece they used was also $60 but can be found for $10 or less at the hardware store. They take advantage of the fact you NEED something fixed quickly. Id stay away and try to find another company if anyone sees this review. Only reason they get 2 stars is because 1 star is required and 1 is for showing up. They also don’t repair drywall so if they have to tear it out you’ll have to find ANOTHER company to repair it. Absolute bs. 670+ for a leaking pipe.

Changing up my review. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a product that cost 25 dollars. That's just straight up dishonest...just sad....

From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.

We had an emergency where a drain in our garage overflowed. Called them, even though it was already early evening, but they did come and fixed the problem right away. Very nice gentlemen. I would definitely call them again. Thank you so much!!!
