A pipe was damaged and water was flowing al over the kitchen. We called and Toby came out within 1/2 hr. to fix the issue. He was professional, kind, considerate of our property and efficient.

This was my first time using Weilhammer Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me in my home. Mark was very friendly and responded to my inquiry for an estimate very quickly. He has considerable knowledge and was willing to talk through my concerns with me offering professional advice. The installation was not an emergency, but scheduled within two days per my request. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and had with him all the supplies he needed. He was very careful bringing in the water heater and taking it upstairs....No damage to the carpet or hand railing. I watched him as he worked and I could quickly tell he takes pride in doing the job right!! The installation was completed neatly and at a very reasonable price. Job well done, I will definitely be using Weilhammer Plumbing in the future.

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!

I had an outstanding experience working with Plumb Doctor. The representative who contacted me to schedule my service (Jamie) was courteous and responsive. My plumber Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater immediately and got it replaced without incident. Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make.
