Our water heater went out on a Sunday night. We called and got several high estimates first thing Monday morning.. When John McNeil came out he was fast,friendly, and gave us a very reasonable estimate and we needed hot water as soon as possible because of an elderly, handicapped family member living in the house. Now here is where this company and John really shines. John, who by the way recently had shoulder surgery, found out there could be a delay getting someone out that day so he said he would do it for us. This was very impressive and John didn't have to go above and beyond...but he did. That's real old fashioned customer service. Hope plumbing is our go to place now for our plumbing needs. John you're a true caring human being and during these trying times it was so refreshing to see such good works from just one young man. Bless you sir.

They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

My wife and I are in the process of moving/purchasing new home in Indy. The inspection found a carbon monoxide leak from flu vent of water heater amongst other things. The sellers using Attaboy had it fixed along with purchasing a new water heater. After we moved into the house we obtained a second opinion from Peterman Plumbing who was very thorough and identified multiple carbon monoxide leaks still present including from the improperly placed flu vent over top of a new water heater. In my opinion Attaboy tried to make it look like something was done by replacing an old water heater but did not properly complete the job and was not truthful about the carbon monoxide leak that was still present in the house.

Eric C did an outstanding job. Was in and out quick and the job was done right. He left and I did not have the feeling that I had to worry about his work that he'd done.

Grateful Plumbers arrived early and were very professional. We needed a jacuzzi tub faucet replaced and we were both very impressed with their knowledge. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

Luke came out and addressed the issue and was very helpful and resourceful

Got quoted by a couple companies, ranging from small plumber shops to corporate - and Ciriello had in my opinion the best quote for an installation of a new battery back up sump pump.

I had Andrew as my plumber and he was very knowledgable (had a couple questions about my sump pump system since I am a new home owner) and was able to get every question answered.

Definitely a place I'll utilize again - easy to call and set up meeting.

Late Friday evening we discovered we had no hot water. The thermostat went out and pilot light would not stay lit on our water heater. I called the plumber who installed and they couldn’t come out until Monday..ugh. Said they needed to pre-order parts first…hmmm. Anyway, next morning, I searched web and found Mark’s site & number. Gave him a call and he provided advice on how to reset. Kept my fingers crossed and did what he advised. Worked great! Hot water again and was saved $250! Good, free advice hard to come by these days; especially when most plumbers would want to come out and charge $$$$$. Just shows what type of decent business Mark operates. Next time I have a plumbing problem I know to call Mark.

Mr. Rooter is awesome! Aaron C. and Will F. were amazing!!!! They were helpful, friendly, and extremely efficient. They saved the day when our well tank burst. I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Rooter!

Kyle made it so easy. He was very polite. Took time to explain everything, and answer all my questions. His work was thorough and professional. If I need anymore work done in the future, I'll be sure to ask for him.

Ricky came to my house and did an awesome job! We had 2 separate leaks and jumped through hoops to correctly diagnose and treat them. He even put up with my dog trying to help the whole time. Awesome guy and awesome work done. We’re very pleased

I had a leak and call Bob The Plumber, he couldn't help do to certain rules and regulations however, he was very professional and I appreciated it.
