They said they don’t charge to show up and give estimates. They disconnected my toilet and charged over $700! And the guy messed around in areas we didn’t ask him to look at and after he left the sump pump will not shut off unless you unplug it! It was working fine before he messed around with it.

Nathan came to my home and replaced the water softener, water tank, and replumbed everything. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike replaced p-trap and line plus ran a new line for the ice maker on the refrigerator. Was done in less than an hour.

Amazing guys! Used them multiple times to get a backup sump pump installed and a touch 2O Delta kitchen faucet. Superb service at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended!!

Used this company today for a clogged drain in the kitchen. Mike O. was the technician sent, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I am, of course, hoping I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, Mike is the one I’ll request.

Adam and Brett came by to reset a toilet and give me price quotes for a water softener. I had a different company out the prior day. They were honest and told me that half of the things didn’t need to be fixed and provided an affordable price for the needed repairs. It’s so hard to find an honest company and I will call them every time for all future plumbing needs!

Kelson did excellent work in a reasonable amount of time and the repair he recommended and made saved me thousands of dollars over the repair that Hope Plumbing had recommended. I wish I had called Carter’s first!

Called for frozen pipes and they were out early next morning. Very professional and quick with reasonable prices, would very strongly reccomend.

There were no problems to complain about

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

We got a same day appointment. They called ahead when they were on their way, and quickly replaced our sump pump.

My hard work didn't pay off so the ease of knowing what to do worked. What I mean is that I toiled for a day to unclog my pipe and Jeff got it in ten minutes. He didn't just stop there but made sure that my pipe was good all the way to the main pipe. He also helped with preventative measures and told me that this one fix helped with other problems we were having.Look no further. You pay for the service you get, don't forget to look online for coupons, and we received great service with a 6 month warranty for the money. Not bad at all.

I called Bob by phone to see how to best address a frozen pipe issue. He was very generous with his time and explained my options although he would not perform any work and get paid for services. If I need a plumber Bob will definitely be my first call.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

The service Technician (Floyd), was excellent. Great work ethic, very professional and very knowledgeable in his craft. He was on time as expected. He repaired other problems that were found. Floyd would be the person that I would request to do any work in my home.

Our water heater bit the dust and Steg was able to get us help in record time with a new tankless water heater! Great service, prices, and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Our water pressure was almost nonexistent in the bathtub and the kitchen sink. Jeff fixed that and installed a new kitchen faucet. He did a great job on a hard place to work.
