Hope was very timely with getting us scheduled, had appointment set within 24 hours of call. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable with diagnosing the issue with the heater. Was able to replace our unit under manufacturer warranty. Will be recommending Hope to others.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost.
