I called Hope Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning and Gabe was very helpful answering all of my questions even though he was under the weather. I scheduled an estimate for the same day because our water heater busted in our basement. Hope Plumbing let me know an hour before Tyler was going to show up and sent me a picture of him as well. Tyler was amazing!! We had a lot of questions which he happily answered and he even asked us several other times during the install if we had any other questions. You can tell that Tyler genuinely likes to help people. Tyler was so helpful I would recommend him and Hope Plumbing to anyone and will call them again in the future!

Not only did they meet my expectations they even accommodated me by doing what I asked WITHOUT an issue to solve future issues WITHOUT charge or upselling. Also was able to fix problem same day once the estimater left worker showed up 30 minutes later and problem solved in an hour. Would highly recommend.

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Company was quick to follow up on our inquiry and was able to come to our home that same morning. Floyd was extremely professional and gave us a few repair options to consider. Will contact again for any future needs!
