Called in about our toilets and showers being clogged, service for setting up the inspection was great. The employee showed up was friendly and to the point. Tim was pleasant to chat with a bit while he informed me of the issue we were having with the clog. We went through the obvious cheap options before we moved on to pulling the toilet. I appreciated the fact he was attempting to save me money and only do what was necessary. He had it fixed after a few attempts and everything was fine and back to normal. Seemed very knowledgeable and even taught me a bit about how the water lines in my house work and what to avoid in the future.Also got a follow up free inspection to make sure the problem was fixed. Overall fast great service and I felt like I payed a fair price for the issue instead of feeling ripped off and not knowing what I was paying for like some experience I had with other companies. I would recommend Service Plus if you are looking to be treated like saving you money matters.

We used B&W at our old house. When we moved Across town in our heating needed some work, I called some companies and they all put us out a week. We decided to see if B&W serviced our current location… They were out within a couple hours!! Extremely helpful, explained everything… Highly recommend this company!

Fit me in late on a Friday because I had a slow leak. The Tech, Bobby, was literally running back and forth to hurry and shut off water - and replace a complicated refrigerator water line. McNeely has earned my loyalty, for sure!

We had to have our water heater repaired. Josh was very professional and personable. Even great with my wild kids who took an interest in him. My son was his sidekick throughout. Even the dogs loved him!I also asked him about a rocking toilet and we added that onto the repairs. Josh was very thorough and knowledgeable with his work. I felt he was very genuine and gave good informative advice. I plan to request him for all plumbing issues we may have going further! Always happy w any maintenance and repairs from Peterman! All of our technicians have been amazing!

Rob is the best to provide not only excellent service but great advise to keep the equipment running well! He is very personable and accomodating to different possible choices for the customer. One can certainly trust Rob!
