An amazing job by both Dana and Freddy. I contacted Hope Plumbing via their website last Friday and was contacted via the phone within 10 minutes by one of their representatives. Dana came over to consult within a couple hours and our washer hookup and drain were done very quickly and professionally as proposed despite the house being a major pain in the rear. I feel like Dana is one of the best plumbers in the industry, the techniques he used make me confident that the system will not fail in my lifetime, and really hope I will get to have him as my plumber in the future for any of our plumbing needs, he is insanely knowledgeable and gave me all kinds of helpful tips and ideas from his experiences. Really enjoyed chatting with them both.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing around 10 am and within an hour they called and said the plumber is on his way. By the middle of the afternoon Juan had fixed what l called to do and much more. He was professional, kind, and patient. I would do business with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again based on how fast they sent Juan and his performance!

I found standing water in my crawl space at 4:30 PM. Called to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were available even earlier than promised, quickly solved the issue, and replaced a submerged sump pump by 2:00PM the next day for a price that was easily within market value on google searches. Even went above and beyond (helped with labeling the circuit breaker). Larry and Logan did a quick, outstanding job, and I would recommend their service to anyone

Fast and efficient

Tim and his crew showed up early- and I love how the company texts you that they are on the way with a picture! Even though the team had been there to inspect and figure out the problem earlier, Tim did a great job explaining to me what was happening, the steps they would be taking and the estimated time. He and his crew were very friendly, and so efficient!

While they were out back Kevin took care of a leaky toilet inside- following Covid protocol and just going about his business with the craziness of my house around. Could not have been nicer to me and explained what he was doing and why!

Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. We've used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately we've had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Jeremy, the technician, Ashley and Taylor the office staff have all been wonderful!

Very impressed with the speed of arrival of rotorooter - called at 7 pm and by 8 pm someone was here. The technician was very nice and he worked very hard for 3 hours in the crawlspace of this house to get the job done.

From the first initial call they did a good job with communication. The technician that came in the house explained possible issues and how to fix it. The communication was consistent throughout the visit. We had a small problem that ended up being part of a larger problem and they were good at diagnosing it quickly finding a solution and completing the work. Would certainly use their service again we needed.

We tried to partner with Acme to pump a sewer line out so we could camera inspect. Acme said they would be late for a 3pm appointment and would arrive an hour late. They still never showed. They apologized and said they would get someone out next day. They sent their best at 1230 the next day who told us they couldn't perform the work if it was under 27°. Why wasn't this conveyed at the time of booking?

I called Bob. He came out to my home quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the problems I needed solved and how to make it happen. He is very personable and nice. 10/10 will call again for my plumbing needs.
