Jonathan with HOPE plumbing arrived promptly to install a gas line for a fireplace insert. He assessed the job and provided me with options. He was professional and honest and if you own a house 80+ yrs old you know there are always surprises and usually not easy solutions. I feel confident in the work done and would recommend HOPE.

I have been very pleased with the responsiveness of AttaBoy Plumbing as well as the service. They seem more than fair and I've never felt like I was getting upsold stuff I didn't need.

The plumber Reconstructed my toilet by adding a $12 part in the tank, taking 20 minutes and charging me $350. He then charged me $300.00 for fixing an outside faucet and bringing it up to code. Less than a total hour's work for $650.00. Additionally, he had absolutely no knowledge of a tankless water heater that I was considering replacing. Although, over the years, I have recommended this company, at 75 yr old and disabled I have lost trust in this company.

Arrived early for a same day appointment to replace a failed sump pump. Went over all the options and then did the agreed upon work quickly and cleanly. Prices are fair.

Jacob was on time, polite did a great job and completed work efficiently.

I needed a sewer scope for a house inspection to purchase and they were able to schedule me within two days. The tech, Cassie, was prompt and very helpful in understanding the process of things didn’t look good. Luckily no issues were seen and she went over when to have the pipes regularly checked. Will be using them in the future should other problems arise.

We would like to recommend LD Smith Co. for a super job cleaning our sewer line. They were very professional, answered all of our questions and gave us options to remedy our problem. Highly recommend!

Given an estimate of $200-400 over the phone for installation of a pump. 2 plumbers showed up later that day (prompt!) telling me that minimum was $700 and that was a bargain. Sent them packing. Got it done later that day for $275 from another plumber. These guys are expensive and sneaky on pricing.

Got a tankless a few years ago and it's already leaking. Since under warranty called them and went with no hot water for 3 days waiting on appointment. Then after taking work off they call 30min before appointment and say we don't service them so your SOL. So warranty is completely worthless and out the money to get a new one installed. I'll never use them again for anything. They will probably be fine to clear a drain but if your getting new equipment go with a company that can/will help when/if the equipment fails under warranty. I even already had a RMA for the tankless and know I would have to pay for it to be installed. They didn't even want to bother and it would have been a easy install since everything was already set up for the same water heater.

Ron with Acme came out today and did a Teralift and replaced the line from the house to the tank. Felt he was honest and genuine with the work that needed to be done for optimal performance on our septic. Turn around for the work to be done was only a few days. Have used them in the past for inside plumbing as well. Will use them again in the future.

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Great, professional service...We had a sump pump issue that was resolved. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs. I could not be more pleased. Soloman is awesome to work with and does a nice job of explaining his repairs.

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful.
