Great experience with Mr Rooter. They were able to send someone out same day for an emergency plumbing need and kept us updated the whole way. Bill, our plumber, was easy to communicate with and transparent, sent photos of everything after. Prices seemed reasonable.

We discovered our crawl space had flooded New Year's day. They were out within 2 hours of our emergency call to start on the mitigation process. The following morning someone from the Roto-Rooter Team came over and literally walked me through the insurance claim process and told me they would be back that afternoon to continue with mitigation. Super helpful!! They were quick, communicative and thorough. I would recommend this team over and over again!

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!
