Let’s talk about customer service. I am blown away by how Ryan McCormack went above and beyond in ensuring our main line was cleared out with a camera inspection, he checked the crawl space to ensure there were no leaks and overall had some good recommendations on how to avoid the issue in the future. Furthermore, he noticed I had a new toilet seat that I had not gotten around to installing yet and he offered to put it on for me, no additional charge. He just wanted to make sure his customer was taken care of. I’ve noticed over the years that customer service, as a whole, is becoming an afterthought. When you hear the words customer service, it seems as it’s used as a buzz word more than actually providing the customer with superior service. I can tell you, without reservation, that Ryan epitomizes what customer service should really be. He is professional, helpful, insightful and most importantly he went above and beyond to help his customer when he really didn’t have to. I appreciate everything he did, as well as Mike, the gentleman who unclogged the mainline. Overall, even if a company isn’t the cheapest, if they can provide a level of customer service that exceeds my expectations it goes a long way in ensuring they’ll have my repeat business.

All I can say is Pristine Plumbing is not so pristine. Watch your wallet with these guys. They promised to give me a rate before they started the work. They did not do so even when I asked them to give me a rate a couple of times. They did not give a price until the end when they told me what the total was and that's when I fell off my seat from the high price. Not only that, the pipes were leaking after the intial visit. Bottom line, make sure you get a commitment in writing from these guys before you get fleeced and don't pay them a dime until you're completely satisfied that they did their job correctly.

Michael has been our plumber for many years. If we have an issue, we just schedule an appointment online. The communication is good. The workmanship is good. It’s about as simple as that. Recommend him highly.

We contacted AttaBoy plumbing to come and investigate an odor coming from our basement/septic system. They showed up right on time and determined that it was likely leaking from a bad seal on one of the tanks in our basement. They decided the best solution would be to replace the lid to the tank rather than attempt to seal it. I okayed the purchase and they told me they would return in 2 days. This was 4 weeks ago and they have not returned or contacted us. The smell continues while we wait for the repair to be completed.

Very happy with my first experience using this company. Gave me an honest opinion and helped troubleshoot a leak. No sales talk at all. I asked about a water softener and chose to have them install a new unit. They arrived early and installed the new unit, walked me through the use and left the area very clean. Very professional.

These guys are great! As professional real estate buyers and sellers, we are constantly battling clogged pipes from misuse, disrepair, neglect, age, and tenants flushing who knows what (babywipes!!!, plastic baggies, toys, etc.) down sinks and toilets. They have come out to at least 4 of our properties and estimated at no cost, shared insight, and provided services such as unclogging lines, scoping lines, and hydro cleaning. They are on time, priced well, effective, knowledgeable, and up on todays technology for easy pymt and record keeping. We dont even bother calling anyone else. These guys are CROOKS My 88 year old grandmother has cancer and she called them because her pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Acme came out and looked at the water heater for 5 mins and they told her she needed a $3,000 water heater so I called roto rooter and they came out and said the water heater wasnt even a year old and all it needed was a $25 thermocoupler. Roto rooter charged $75 total and got it fixed in 30 mins. What a joke!

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!
