Best Faucet Installation in Indianapolis IN

I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and that it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. I wish I'd used them for other jobs in the past, but I'm planning on using them again!

My wife and I are in the process of moving/purchasing new home in Indy. The inspection found a carbon monoxide leak from flu vent of water heater amongst other things. The sellers using Attaboy had it fixed along with purchasing a new water heater. After we moved into the house we obtained a second opinion from Peterman Plumbing who was very thorough and identified multiple carbon monoxide leaks still present including from the improperly placed flu vent over top of a new water heater. In my opinion Attaboy tried to make it look like something was done by replacing an old water heater but did not properly complete the job and was not truthful about the carbon monoxide leak that was still present in the house.

I emailed three plumbers for a price quote. I received a call back, estimate, ETA for the appointment time, and they fixed my issue, all before the other two plumbers contacted me. I would recommend them.

I called 2 professional plumbers, and two professional maintenance guys with years of experience. The first plumbers were trying to get me to install a new clean out access line that wasn’t necessary. The second plumber wanted almost twice the fee for hydro jetting. I had no idea of the cost. According to Google the average cost for hydrating in the Marion county area, is $350-750. Carters price was more than the prices I saw on Google but way less than the second plumber who offered financing. I would have went with them if the 12 months zero percent interest that i was supposed to be getting with them, had actually been noted in the contract. So two highly advertised plumbers in the area have deceptive ads and skeptical practices. Thanks Carters for not trying to take advantage of an elderly person!

I put it an online request late last night and was pleasantly surprised they were able to send someone over this morning. Joe was friendly and efficient. We appreciated that he took the time to figure out workarounds for a few issues that came up. I'll definitely call to them for future plumbing needs.

They supposedly emptied my septic tank and not even two months later it is full and overflowing into my pipes, I tried to call and find out why they gave me the run-around and eventually said they would come and do it again(for more than they did it for the first time) and then said they would call me back to schedule a appointment and I have not heard from them since

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!
