This is the second time I have used Attaboy. Vernon was here both times and did a great job while being very friendly. The first time was to replace a water heater. Vernon did a great job and the price was very good.

The second time was for a running toilet that I just couldn't figure out. Vernon tried a couple of things and it was quickly fixed. I will ask for Vernon by name for my next call.

Nothing but Praise for Randy and Mr. Rooter on an emergency. We were fixing an issue in a home we're selling in Indianapolis, and found ourselves in a situation where we had to shut off the main water to the house. With two families staying at the home to do work, it was crucial to have water. Though it was late afternoon on a Labor Day weekend, Mr. Rooter found Randy to do the job. He worked for MANY hours and solved the issues - and there were some pretty substantial - working into the late evening on a holiday weekend. Randy's attitude was wonderful, his work ethic was excellent, and the cost, we felt, was fair. Mr. Rooter charged by the job - not by the hour - so when Randy asked, Do you want me to use copper? (vs. another material that would have taken less time for him), he recommended the copper...We don't live in Indy, but we can say it was one of the BEST plumber experiences we have ever had. THANK YOU, RANDY! KUDOS BIGTIME!

Our home warranty company assigned Plumb Doctor to repair our water heater. Ashlyn called first thing in the morning to schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and professional. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. Our technician, Dustin, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that same afternoon. He was knowledgeable and considerate and made recommendations on how we can avoid the problem in the future. Our experience with Plumb Doctor was the smoothest we have had with any contractor assigned by our home warranty company.

They were very professional and helped us understand the big picture issues with a leak in our bathroom that was draining into our dining Room ceiling.

I had an issue with my water softener. I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He's honest and not trying to oversell. I would highly recommend Bob. Great guy!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

This company is awesome! They are very responsive, provide a transparent quote, and complete the job. Solomon is educated in all aspects of plumbing and an all around nice guy. He also has a boxer pup!! I would recommend the company and hire them for all my plumbing work.
