Best Faucet Install in Indianapolis IN

We have been using Hope Plumbing for the last couple of years, & have been so happy with all the great service/repairs they have performed for us. They just cleaned out our kitchen sink lines for us. They were so efficient, on time, & so kind & friendly. We would recommend them to everyone

Repair done in an efficient and timely manner. Nathan did a great job replacing a hose bib. I appreciate getting a call to let me know the technician was on the way and would be a little late because he was held up in traffic.

We installed a tankless water heater after our basement flooded due to the leak on our existing water heater. The process was very smooth, professional. The call center was extremely helpful and genuinely honest. Everything went as scheduled. Clean work. I highly recommend them. Their pricing was much more reasonable than other quotes we got for the same product and work. Thank you!

My wife and I are in the process of moving/purchasing new home in Indy. The inspection found a carbon monoxide leak from flu vent of water heater amongst other things. The sellers using Attaboy had it fixed along with purchasing a new water heater. After we moved into the house we obtained a second opinion from Peterman Plumbing who was very thorough and identified multiple carbon monoxide leaks still present including from the improperly placed flu vent over top of a new water heater. In my opinion Attaboy tried to make it look like something was done by replacing an old water heater but did not properly complete the job and was not truthful about the carbon monoxide leak that was still present in the house.

Sewer stopped draining at midnight. By noon, Donny T. had fixed the problem! Expert, professional service we are so pleased with. Absolutely recommend them and will use Benjamin Franklin again.

Great experience, my drain was clogged and Cory Spaw came out the next day on behalf of Mr. Rooter and got me fixed up! He was very professional, on time, and got the job done quickly, and now my toilet works!

Got a tankless a few years ago and it's already leaking. Since under warranty called them and went with no hot water for 3 days waiting on appointment. Then after taking work off they call 30min before appointment and say we don't service them so your SOL. So warranty is completely worthless and out the money to get a new one installed. I'll never use them again for anything. They will probably be fine to clear a drain but if your getting new equipment go with a company that can/will help when/if the equipment fails under warranty. I even already had a RMA for the tankless and know I would have to pay for it to be installed. They didn't even want to bother and it would have been a easy install since everything was already set up for the same water heater.

Tim from Plumb Doctor showed up promptly and on time. When he found an additional issue with my water heater, he communicated well, telling me the pros and cons of making or not making the repair. He did a good job and was courteous and professional. All in all, I was impressed with his work!

I was without water for 3 days due to frozen pipes. I tried all of the DIY solutions and had 2 companies come look. They didn’t even bother to try, just said to heat the crawl space and the ice is bound to break free. The Acme tech arrived, went into the crawl space and found the problem, he even took a photo to show me. Within 20 minutes, I had water again!!! These guys are lifesavers!!! I’ll use them and recommend them to anyone!!!!
