The office/scheduling staff were pleasant and efficient. Richard V , the plumber ,arrived within 2 hours of my original call, and it was not urgent. Richard was thoroughly professional- listened carefully to my concerns, provided a very nice collection of possible courses of action with estimates in several price ranges. One we agreed in a course of action , Richard completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly pleasant and his work was impeccable. I could not have had a better experience!

We have started working with Pristine Plumbing in our Property Management division and they have been AWESOME! They are very timely in getting someone out on the job to review what is needed, and their prices are very competitive! Josie is always there to help with scheduling, Ron always calls with updates and to discuss strategy and all technicians keep you updated on progress. Highly recommend, 10/10!

This is the second time I have used Attaboy. Vernon was here both times and did a great job while being very friendly. The first time was to replace a water heater. Vernon did a great job and the price was very good.

The second time was for a running toilet that I just couldn't figure out. Vernon tried a couple of things and it was quickly fixed. I will ask for Vernon by name for my next call.

From the the time I met Jason Morrow and he inspected my issue, I knew Ben Franklin was the company for me to get the job done. His team was timely, professional and I currently work from home but they did the job with no interruptions to what I had to do. I would definitely be recommending Ben Franklin to anyone. The problem was that our powder room toilet was dripping into the basement. Adam identified the problem immediately as an incorrect sealing used to set the toilet. He corrected the problem using the correct sealing and the problem was solved.

Excellent Service. First was very pleased that I did not have to pay extra for weekend. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The job took 5-6 hours and I was updated throughout the process. Will definitely use again, if needed, as well as recommend.

My water heater broke last night. Water flooded everywhere. I called Bob around 9pm. I texted him photos and he walked me through shutting everything off so it would be safe for the night. He arrived on time this morning and installed a new water heater. In the process, he reminded me that I needed more water softener salt. I ordered 7 bags online which arrived while he was still here. As he was leaving, he saw the bags and offered to carry them all downstairs for me. He also noticed my broken foot and brought my recycling bin up the driveway for me. Bob went above and beyond- I’m very appreciative!

While dealing with a clogged toilet,Hamm and sons service arrived and dealt me a royal flush..great company to deal with..

Pinnokio was friendly and very helpful explaining what he was doing. Being a widow his help was a great relief to my problem! He made my day!!!

Not satisfied with results
