Fit me in late on a Friday because I had a slow leak. The Tech, Bobby, was literally running back and forth to hurry and shut off water - and replace a complicated refrigerator water line. McNeely has earned my loyalty, for sure!

Bill was great! After a couple of weeks of our garbage disposal not working, we scheduled an appointment. He texted to confirm the time the night before and let me know he may be a little late due to an earlier appointment - awesome communication - and only showed up a few minutes past 10:30. He was quick, efficient, had no issue pinpointing the problem (how a rock managed to get down there, I’ll never know), and was in and out in 15 minutes, leaving me with a fixed garbage disposal, a quick dejamming-a-garbage-disposal how-to, and the knowledge that if it leaks, it’s gotta get replaced. Josh and Adam (in training) came to service furnace for winter checkup. They serviced and found a problem. Josh back in 2 days with new part. Josh was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend both Josh and Efficient Systems.

I was referred to this group by my realtor. I called to set up an appt for a House we were going to buy. He asked for an inspection report and pic and my realtor sent that to him. He said I need to look at the property and we set that up. After about a week and half he emails my realtor saying this is not a good fit for us. We were only looking for an estimate and not asking him to fix everything right then and there. We called him to ask for an explanation or what was going on no one called us back. Then finally we just get an email saying basically good luck with no explanation. What is not a good fit my accent the way I look or the car I drive. You should give a decent explanation if you choose not to work with someone. You wanted our time and delayed our closing dates. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are not reliable or trust worthy.

My technician, Sean, was personable and professional. As his employer would expect of him, additional possible services and products were offered and discussed with no pressure. Some people may resent these services and products being brought up. But, he would not be doing his job if he didn't. I understand this. I had no problem with the offer of signing up for the four visit, two year service call plan. This service was my second and final of a two visit plan I signed up for last year. You get more benefits using the service plans and there is a reduction in overall cost as compared to just setting up individual Summer and Winter system inspection and service. I'm very satisfied using Williams Comfort Air for all my heating and cooling needs.
