The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.

He forgot to close crawl space and left light and extension cord on in crawl space. Needs to remove extension cord and turn off light in crawl space.

Eric was very professional and thorough. Explained all work done and services to consider in future! Friendly and conscientious and worked around grandchildren on spring break. Appreciated his mask wearing in our home.
