Kima was my technician, and he was fantastic! I had a small sewage back-up in the basement and he walked me through how he diagnosed the source of the problem and explained how he'd fix it. He was also super patient in dealing with my home warranty company who had to approve the work before he started the repair (to ensure I'd get reimbursed). He was kind, courteous, and professional. Adam came out and was very nice with explaining what he was doing, what needed done and more importantly the reasons I needed it done. He discussed with me at length areas where my system could improve and prices for that. Looking forward to working with him and Summers in the future!

Christian Faults was the plumber who assisted me today. He did a fine job: was very informative and answered the questions that I had. I highly recommend Service Plus Heating, Cooling. The company is very professional and they keep the communication lines open as to what to expect during their visit and the time the tech can be expected.

Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.

We had a great experience and are so happy with our new softener and reverse osmosis system! Kevin did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and needed and a few days later, Brian and Chuck installed it all in just a few short hours. Tony and Jeremy came to my house to install shut off valves and drains for two sinks in a new bathroom. Due to the location of the vanity drawers, there was very little room to navigate. Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful. Our water heater came to it's end at 6pm on Wednesday night. I had a big group of folks coming to the house on Friday and a full day of work to do on Thursday. I called Northern Comfort Systems at 6:30pm on Wednesday and by 3pm on Thursday, Aaron had our new water heater fully installed without us having to be home to supervise. He was quick, neat, polite and professional. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated the quick fix with a quality experience. Thank you!!!
