The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. They all displayed what I call the the three P's - Polite, Personable and Professional. They gave me best price, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would refer anyone I know to give them a call for any of their plumbing needs!

I woke up to my water heater dripping in the garage. I called Wielhammer Plumbing in the morning and had a new hot water heater by 3:30 in the afternoon. The owner of the company installed the new tank and was great to talk to. I will most certainly call him again if and when I need a plumber.

Godby is wonderful to work with. Costs are reasonable and honest workers that do great work. Will in plumbing is excellent to work with, knows his stuff! Highly recommend.

They were on time I was a little confused that they had to send a second tech. Out to finish work, the only thing I did appreciate is that I have a whole house humidifier and needed a filter replacement and filter was present and they didn’t replace it, a furnace check and tune up should/would include that. Other than that their service was excellent.

We lost our heating on the coldest night of the winter in December! We woke up on Friday morning 12/23 to minus 10 temperatures and no heat in the house! We called several companies and this company was the one who was able to respond that afternoon. Chad managed to get our furnace restarted but he believed it was running on borrowed time at 20 years old. It failed again the next day. On Christmas eve Chad made another call and brought numerous electric space heaters for us to use until we could get the furnace replaced on Wednesday of the following week. Both Chad and his assistant were very professional, friendly and considerate. Considering how busy they were due to the extreme whether and the timing of the holiday, this company went above and beyond to help us out! Looking at the whole experience including the cost, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

They wanted $1400 to replace a blower motor, I googled the part number and the highest I could find it for was maybe $600, the $1400 was after saving me $200 by selling me a monthly membership. I understand labor cost would have been at least a few hundred but $1400 after a discount is insane. The person that came out was professional and I have no complaints about that part of the interaction.Edit:I found a carrier replacement part for $450 after tax at Shorty's HVAC supply and it took all of 20 minutes to swap it out, $2,850 an hour for labor seems just a tad high.Edit 6/2/23 (post response):They responded to my review and stated that they offer pricing transparency, while their tech was here I asked what the cost of the part was and was told that the $1400 included the part and labor. I don't know what qualifies as transparency for them but considering how much the part actually cost I doubt they're in the habit of giving out itemized bills showing that you're paying $1,000 +in labor to install a $500 part which takes an hour tops if you're being extremely generous (on top of paying $90 to come out and diagnose it).

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
