A technician from Hope had come out many years ago and told me my bathtub drain couldn't be fixed they would have to redo the whole hole bath tub; but today Chase came out and fix the whole thing to near perfect condition. He really took his time and it is so much appreciated you have a good employee there

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Excellent workmanship, friendly guy, and Mark saved me a couple hundred bucks! Don't even second think...call him!

They were able to come out within 2 hours of my calling, had it fixed within 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable and came with a 30 day warranty. Drew was professional and friendly.

Loved Travis the tech. Not happy with the pricing though. Didn’t have the faucet fixed just had a shutoff put in. Wasn’t quoted that you do not fix the faucet but only replace. Mine was in the absolute most accessible location it could be. Also the ad said free quotes. Mine was 71.00 service call no matter what. Was supposed to be called ahead. The tech didn’t have the correct phone numbers. I showed the one I sent in the message.

We have been customers of Peterman Brothers for a few years now. Yesterday, Jordy, was the technician that came out to do our annual A/C service check. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about maintaining the system. He was very informative about things he suggested to be addressed at this time. Great customer service!

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
