I've used Hope Plumbing since the business began, because of their competence, professionalism, respect and empathy for their customers' needs. All of those corporate qualities have remained solid as their company has grown. When you call Hope Plumbing, you can depend on consistently stellar service and courteous customer care -- whether it's from a seasoned technician who has 30 years of experience under their belt, or one in his or her mid-20s, like the technician who just replaced our 40-year-old shower, the valves of which had called it quits. Trayvon was fast, efficient, highly skilled and so respectful of our house and my time. Great communicator as well. Previously in the week, Richard had come out. He, too, was professional, prompt and compassionate about our plumbling problems. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing. A+++

I called about fixture installation in our shower bathtub combo and sink. They came out the same day and had it done in a few hours. Great service! Very polite and personable with quality work. Would definitely recommend!

When I called Weilhammer Plumbing they tried to help me on the phone but the water heater still was not working so they came first thing the next morning. They didn't charge me anything for parts since the water heater was still under warranty. If anybody is looking for an honest plumber, don't hesitate to call Weilhammer Plumbing. Thank you!

I called this place on a Wednesday evening for a slight emergency. We shut the water off to replace a hose spigot and ended up with a broken pipe. Since we couldn’t turn the water back on until getting that fixed it turned into a bit of an emergency. They told me they’d be there between 10-12pm the next day. The plumber arrived before 11am and was done before noon. The entire process was seamless, very knowledgeable and professional and even reasonably priced in my opinion. I even learned new things in the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

So, I had Peterman brothers repair my sewer line they quoted me over 12,000 I thought that was very expensive but the appraiser told me since I had a large tree in my yard they would have to go around or cut the tree down and cut the bush down in front of my house So I said go-ahead. They came out a few days later did the job but never cut the tree down or they never went around the tree but still charged over 12,000 dollars and they said they would come back out for videos to give to the city so they can fix there part of the sewer they never came back out and they left a big pile of dirt in my yard So I called told them what was going on. The said they would call me back they never called back...very expensive and poor values

My only complaint is that I can leave a review of only 5 stars! I left a message on Thursday night explaining that my central AC unit was failing to cool my house and would like to schedule an appointment for Friday. Friday morning I promptly received a call to schedule my appointment later that day.

Sure enough, I received a call just as promised prior to the technician stopping out. Once Dwight arrived, he thoroughly checked out my entire HVAC system to make sure the problem was properly identified.

Before I knew it, my system was back up & running. Dwight was polite, professional, courteous, and more importantly...he was very knowledgeable.

My experience was a very pleasant one! ...imagine that considering that I had my AC out and had a sweltering house! I never expected such a positive situation! I cannot recommend Efficient Systems (and Dwight in particular) highly enough!

They have reasonable prices and are trustworthy. They are certainly not the type of company to take advantage of customers. This is a company that wants to build up a loyal customer base by treating people fairly. And for me...it's worked! I will be calling them for all my HVAC services moving forward.

UPDATE:
Mark C. was sent out today to perform a AC tune-up that was part of the service I purchased from Dwight's visit. It appears that Efficient Systems has the market cornered on professional and competent technicians! Mark was also very professional. He went through my system with a fine tooth comb...which honestly I did not expect...even from such a good company! It was only a few months back that Dwight had squared away my system and helped me through those sweltering months and things were still running fine. But Mark cam out and tuned my system and set it up exactly as I needed it making it so that there is a bit of a 'nip' in the air as well...just the way I wanted it!

It's weird to look forward to a visit from your HVAC service company...but I actually do. I am looking forward to Mark stopping out later this Fall to ensure my heat is dialed in right too! I only have two cards that I keep on my fridge...one for my plumber of choice (Estes) and one for my HVAC company! Efficient Systems has a loyal customer in me!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Mold Dog was working hard all day and did a fantastic job in the crawl space and the attic. Very satisfied with a job, well done!! I would highly recommend Indiana Residential to anyone looking for a variety of home services/repair at an affordable rate.
